Pros:

Considering I only stayed for the night, and got there after midnight, although no one was at the reception, everything was wholesomely organised. It's clean, functional, the location is great if you're traveling from/to Seoul Central Station.

立地は便利。荷物置きと寝泊まりの拠点に
Pros:

ソウル駅10番出口から近く立地は便利。チェックインが遅くなってしまったけど、機転を利かせてくれて日付を超えても無事に迷わずチェックインも出来た。

Cons:

部屋に一応窓はあるものの、弱めな換気扇が動いていてなので連泊してると換気が気になってきます。シャワーは使いませんでしたが、使うと間違いなくトイレも濡れるような構造にもなっているため、ホテルでの快適さを求める方には合わないと思います。

Once you overcome the small room you see it is good value for money and good location and very clean.
Pros:

Location across a big road from the main Seoul train station was an easy walk with bags and for day excursions. Rooms were cleaned daily. The local area felt safe and an easy walk to eating places.

Cons:

Rooms are very small as are the ensuites but you get good value when you consider the price. There was no cafe but a one minute walk across a side street and down the stairs toward the station found a good bakery/cafe. Reception not attended before about 3pm but you can leave bag in the open foyer if you trust which I did.

立地が良い
Pros:

ソウル駅周辺で1名利用できて、EVのあるところで探していたので条件全てクリアしていたので良かった

Cons:

夏場に冷蔵庫がないのはつらい。一番近いコンビニは閉まっていて、近くにコンビニなくて・・・

Reasonably cheap hotel if you want a quick overnight stay in Seoul
Pros:

The fact that it was convenient and close to Seoul ktx station

Cons:

The beds are a little hard and the room was a little small but that's what you expect when you travel in Asian countries so it wasn't a big problem

Pros:

コスパ抜群です　ソウル駅前という立地がどこにいくにも行きやすくて良かったです　明洞も散歩しながら歩いて行ってました！！毎日の清掃　水500 2本の補充がよかったです　

Cons:

チェックアウト後の荷物を預ける場所が一階の一般の方の部屋のすぐ隣で、出入り口からもすぐのところなのが防犯上　不安に思いました。フロント近くでもありますがスタッフ不在の時間もあり、防犯カメラのみでは心許ないと思いました。スタッフしか入れないようなところに保管するなど改善されると嬉しいです
