Exceptional
Pros:

By far the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. They even left a bottle of prosecco on ice in our room for my birthday. The breakfast was incredible, the beds were comfortable, no noise at all - despite being in Agia Napa. The hotel was very thoughtful of its guests and it’s obvious that they want you to have the beat possible experience. Will definitely be returning.

Pros:

Готель зручно розташований на першій лінії поблизу пляжу але трохи в стороні від шуму кафе та ресторанів. Є парковка та ліфт, чисті номера, чудовий вид на море! але в номері постійно були проблеми з електрикою та через це і кондиціонер працював не стабільно. Електрики постійно лагодили та це займало більше часу ніж хотілось. Приємний персонал, завжди готовий допомогти.

Cons:

Проблема з електрикою в номері. Бажано перевіряти перед заселенням.

Завтраки, чистота, новизна отеля, Ольга в регистрации с Белоруссии пример для всех остальных с регистрации, персонал в ресторане и на уборке

Вы серьезно (гель для душа, зубные щетки и шампунь не предоставляется в 4* отеле???)
Вентиляция в туалете не работало
Wi-Fi можете не подключать там нет качества вообще
Берите собой переключатели от розеток- там их нет

מלון מצויין במיקום מעולה חדר נקי מזגן מצויין, ספא נהדר ,נענו לכל הבקשות שלנו בשמחה, בצ'ק אאוט נתנו לנו חדר לשים את התיקים עד הערב נהננו מאוד ובהחלט נחזור לשם שוב

יהיה יותר נחמד שהמים בבריכה ובג'קוזי יהיו קצת יותר נעימים ולא קרים, ובסאונה הרטובה אפשר להגביר את החום אבל עדיין לא מוריד מהרמה של המלון והמתקנים

Fint og rent hotell med meget god service og bra beliggenhet. Hvis du vil trene om morgenen bør du velge et annet hotell
Pros:

Selve bygningen var i god stand, rent og sommerlig, moderne stil på interiøret. Hadde det meste av det man trenger for å ha det gøy på ferie.

Kort vei til stranda og sentrum.

Spiste både frokost og lunsj, maten var godt.

Cons:

En del store gjenger av gjester som tar mye plass og lager en del støy, særlig ved bassengområdet. Hotellreglene om at solsenger forlatt i mer enn en time ville frigjøres ble ikke overholdt. Vanskelig å finne plass.
Treningsrommet er bare åpent fra 9-18, man får ikke trent før frokost.
Man kan ikke bestille enkel mat som sandwich eller fersk frukt i strandbaren, det er heller ikke kjøleskap til å oppbevare snacks på rommet.

Very clean room and good service.

Cons:

Very poor internet speed connection for 2026. Internet is enough for family vacation when you do not care about internet security and do not bring corporate laptop. For my work connectivity with corporate VPN tunneling requesting at least 30Mb the average 15-17Mb was a total disaster.
