Lokacija hotela je odlična, sam centar grada. Parking po razumnoj cenu. Ljubazno osoblje, posebno bih se zahvalio Arik, on je ucinio sve da moj boravak bude jos prijatniji.

Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat den Wiener Charme den man sich vorstellt und den man sich in dieser wunderschönen Stadt wünscht.
Besonders die Herren an der Rezeption waren super nett und haben uns sehr geholfen.
Besonders Arik bestach mit seinem Charme.

Solo oasis in the heart of Vienna
Pros:

Amazing, walkable location, friendly hospitality. My solo room was small but clean and efficient. Christian provided exceptional service at check in, and made me feel welcome in my first moments in Vienna. The breakfast included a variety of breads, butter, honey, and jam, as well as yogurt, cereal, and a small selection of eggs and bacon. It was a rainy summer week in Vienna and the hotel provided umbrellas. The rooftop terrace provided a calm space to enjoy a drink or snack (bring your own). Thank you Hotel Kärntnerhof for an excellent stay in the heart of Vienna.

Pros:

Location was perfect, only 5-7 minutes walk to St Stephens cathedral. Staff were very friendly and polite. The room was very clean.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny and dated, with no fridge and no coffee/tea making. This hotel is a 3* at best, with location being the main draw card for our booking. Very expensive hotel for the room you get.

Das Personal an der Rezeption und das Küchenpersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen, es kam fast gar kein Tageslicht rein, es war mir zu dunkel. Außerdem war es sehr hellhörig und somit laut. Auch das Frühstück fand ich nicht abwechslungsreich. Ich habe ja 8 mal das Frühstück eingenommen und hatte die selbe Wurst und Käse schon über. Ich finde den Übernachtungspreis völlig unangemessen.
