Pros:

The location was great! Easy access from the airport and walking distance to many attractions. It was also so easy to walk down to the tram to navigate the city. The staff was helpful and welcoming when we arrived and throughout the stay. The breakfasts had great, filling options and I appreciated the inclusion of allergen information so I could feel safe with my food allergies. I also appreciate the long hours breakfast is served so we could go each day.

Pros:

The hotel's location is perfect, a few minutes' walk from St. Stephen's Cathedral on one side and the river canal promenade on the other. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room is large, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast, though basic, is very good. The hotel staff is wonderful; Aric at the reception was exceptionally helpful, and the entire staff is very kind. Recommended!!

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom and a kettle.

居心地が良く、観光にも最適なホテル
Pros:

ホテルのフロントスタッフのエリックさんが、子供達に色々と楽しく声をかけて下さり、ホテルに戻ってフロント横を通るのを楽しみにしていました。
（Thank you for making our stay wonderful, Eric!!）

部屋のエアコンが、窓を全て閉めないとONできない等、詳しく教えてくれました。

ホテルは、古くからの雰囲気を味わう事ができます。クラシックなエレベーターの写真をたくさん撮りました。
部屋もクラシックな雰囲気ですが、家族で泊まった私達の部屋は映画ようで、広くて素晴らしかったです。また、清潔でソファベッドでも寝心地は良かったです。
朝食も美味しかったです。ホテルの蜂蜜は毎朝いただきました。
全体的にとても素晴らしいサービスだと感激しました。

Cons:

あえて言うなら、冷蔵庫があれば良かったです。（私達は夏に泊まったので、チョコレート等を保管しておく為）
