Belroy Hotel

Toilets left with no toilet roll and was asleep for clean bedding for days

The staff were very miserable, and although our first couple of nights breakfast was included the 1st night we chose not to have braces, then the 2nd morning we went for breakfast and they said it wasn't included and charged us £7 each we never got offered a brew then we got an egg ,a sausage, half a slice of vegan bacon, 3 tiny slices of mushroom, 10 beans and 1 plum tomato with no toast.

The staff behaved very unprofessional from the moment we saw them. They made us wait in the blistering sun at the hottest time of the day on the front of the hotel for over 10mins waiting for the Star to have and finish the cigarettes eventually I went over enough again 15 minutes later and was eventually shone my room full stop the lady could not even crack a smile perfect was a stern as anything she was very unapproachable and she kind of looked too up and down if you were good enough to stay in her s***** Hotel went for breakfast and long behold we have to go two doors down well it was the same lady cooking the mineral the meals were shocking the right first was a sausage half a piece of vegan bacon three pieces of mushroom tiny pieces and one plum tomato and about 10 beans I'm still the lady could not muster smile in the end my partner told her to stop looking at us looking at up and down

The property was dirty
Shower didn’t work and wasn’t fixed was told to use communal shower but they didn’t show me where it was for hours even though I asked several times
No toilet roll
Light flickering on and off in bathroom
Staff attitudes were awful. Staff were unkempt and appeared unclean.
Paid extra for breakfast and the breakfast was awful only offering cereal. I had to ask for bread and then butter and a plate.
I had to put the toaster on the floor due to plug location.
First morning I asked for a full English breakfast and was told not included but nowhere does it say continental (which was cereal) then was told I had to pay extra £2 for full English and it consisted of 2 sausages, fried egg beans and tomatoes.
The second morning she said she hadn’t ordered any breakfast items in so I couldn’t have any.
I loved my time in Blackpool but not in this hotel. I have autism and the way I was treated was shocking.

The hotel was an absolute filthy disgusting establishment.
Stunk if drugs. Everything was filthy.

Stinks checked out on arrival and dirty and drug smell and damp everywhere and ripped wallpaper
Dirty towels and beds

Had flies in my room which didnt help me sleep properly

No hot water in room or shower the toilet looked like it hadn't seen a clean,the smell of dog all threw the hotel when we never had a dog should be a separate part for dog owners an other guests.

Unfortunately there was no hot water so had to be inventive with the kettle and the cold water but everything else was okay.
