I did not stay filthy ,& breakfast is 2 hotels away.
Pros:

Disgusting ,the cleanliness or lack of. Shared toiled down the hall ,shared shower down the hall seperate..i felt things crawling on me , slept in car then chapped the door the next day ,the royal hotel absolutely beautiful. . I want my money back

The room was dirty we had no tv 4 about a month untill we go the threeview tv no heating as well and carpet was dirty bathroom door frame had burn marks on it and shit and bottom bed on skirting board had eather blood or coffee on it also we were owed money as we left early paid untill 13 of september plus 75 pound for what now is lies plus 340 pound owed to us for two vans after maneger lied to his wife and boss darkening ower names traters .

You'll be better off elswhere.
Pros:

The childrens bed was good, seemed clean, but all the positives end there.

Cons:

Ants on the bed, blood stains on the mattress, the wall was mouldy and the shower was literally falling away from the wall. (Images included).

The fridge didn't work and all of the milk was way out of date. Was told when I arrived that I would have to pay £10 for my pet to stay there, yet on the listing it was included. I was told I should keep the noise down when it hits 9PM, but there were lots of drunken shouting outside of our room after midnight!

Wheelchair kept being left outside of the room door, making it hard to get out, which is a hazard in itself too.

Pros:

Breakfast was 2 doors away
Mine was cold and very small
Wife's was straight out the microwave
1 sausage, 1bacon, 1 hash brown and a few beans

Cons:

Try cooking a breakfast worth the money
No toilet roll in room
Carpets covered in pet hair
Lots of dust
Toilet very hard to flush
Cupboard with kettle definitely wasn't cleaned from last guests ( victims)

Very friendly and they made your stay with them very comfortable
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful . I have a power battery wheelchair and him and his staff put it the hotel so it could be charged over night

Cons:

The manager has only had the place 6 months and he is doing his very best to make it look good and he will do it. He is a very strong willed person and looking forward to going nexts year.

T v wasn't working
Cleanliness was poor
Breakfast cereal and toast, no plates, bowls or cups to put it in and no one around to ask. No facilities to make a drink for breakfast..
Loud talking at night outside until early hours of the morning.
Avoid at all costs.
