There are plenty of playgrounds for my children to enjoy.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Check-in was smooth and fast, and they made me feel welcomed right away. During my stay, every request was handled quickly and professionally.
The housekeeping team also did a great job keeping the room clean and comfortable every day. Even small details were taken care of, which made the experience feel more premium.

We had a wonderful family stay at JHL Solitaire Hotel! The modern facilities, clean and spacious room, and high-tech features made our stay very comfortable.
A special highlight was the beautiful mirror art in our room with a personalized birthday message for our 6-year-old son—it was such a thoughtful touch and made him feel so special. The birthday surprise during breakfast was also unforgettable and truly appreciated by our family.

Our stay at JHL was fine—until the moment we checked out. This is our 2nd stay
While waiting for our clothes we accidentally left in the room for the kind staff to bring over for us and with our Grab driver waiting at the lobby, we witnessed an extremely disturbing scene, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND VERY NOT WELCOMING AT ALL!
A man aggressively chased our driver away, knocked on his car and shouted both at him and the hotel staff. It was chaotic, unprofessional, and honestly quite intimidating as a guest about to leave the property.
Our driver was forced to cancel the ride to avoid confrontation with the guy. And we are being charged with the fee.
What made this worse was that the staff appeared completely unable to handle the situation. There was no attempt to properly manage or protect the guest experience.
To our shock, we later found out that the individual involved was the hotel owner himself.
This completely ruined what could have been a decent stay. No guest should feel unsafe or UNWELCOME.... especially at the point of departure. For a hotel of this level, this kind of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE.

Amazing warmest hospitality, especially from the Guest Relations Officer (Angely, Shakira, Chesqua & other staffs).
