Hotel jest przytulny i położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - dosłownie kilkanaście metrów od głównego deptaku w Alsancak z mnóstwem bardzo dobrych restauracji, kawiarni i piekarni. Ponadto zatoka jest o zaledwie dwie minuty drogi na piechotę od hotelu. Pokój jest czysty (sprzątany codziennie) i ma wszystko, czego potrzeba (np. herbata, kawa i woda do picia w pokoju są uzupełniane codziennie), a obsługa pomocna i miła. Polecam

Very lovely property
Pros:

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at HAY Hotel Alsancak and would absolutely stay here again. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the hotel was lovely, and the staff were extremely responsive and helpful. They even helped us arrange an amazing private driver for an excursion, which made our trip even better.

One thing non-smokers should be aware of is that there is only one Junior Suite, and because of the hotel’s ventilation system, smoking elsewhere in the hotel could affect our room. This happened about four times during our stay, including twice after midnight. The hotel was very apologetic and offered to move us to a smaller room and refund the difference, but we chose to keep our room. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Ich habe zum dritten Mal dort übernachtet, da mir sowohl die Ausstattung, die Lage und die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter sehr gefallen.

Ένα όμορφο, ήσυχο ξενοδοχείο στο Alsancak, μια περιοχή ασφαλή, με γρήγορη πρόσβαση σε εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, μπαράκια, καταστήματα. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό, πρόσχαρο, πρόθυμο να σε βοηθήσει. Ευχαριστούμε τον Onur και τον Şehsuvar για την άψογη συμπεριφορά! Το πρόγευμα αρκετά πλούσιο. Τα δωμάτια καθαρά και όμορφα.

Cons:

Όλα μια χαρά. Αν και το διαδίκτυο δεν λειτουργούσε πάντα το προσωπικό ήταν πρόθυμο να σε βοηθήσει να αποκαταστήσεις τη σύνδεση.

We really enjoyed everything. The hotel staff was great, and the room was cleaned every day—that was really awesome. The room had everything we needed for our stay. They even had thread and a needle🤘💯

Cons:

The breakfast is actually pretty good for the price. But the fact that they only offer 3-in-1 coffee is awful. Because there’s the same kind of coffee in the room, too😐. When we asked if we could have coffee from the vending machine, they told us it would cost extra. What a shock......
