The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city, and walkable to all the tourist spots. The hotel itself is so elegant and the rooms are top notch. The attention to detail makes it feel like you are in an old Parisian hotel and for great value. The rooms are clean and you don’t hear anything from the busy streets. The staff are also attentive, and will give amazing dinner recommendations especially George. The gym was also very nice, and felt like I was at home!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is beautiful and the whole place feels very comfortable.
The staff at reception were so nice and welcoming. Luanna and Daniel were especially helpful when I had some issues, and I really appreciated the way they helped me.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

NOTHING
Very well located property with plenty of shopping and restaurant options just outside in Myeongdong. They accomplish the French flair they are going for with feel and decor. Small but very well equipped gym. Rooms are very well appointed and large. A few restaurant options, but note their main restaurant books out quite a bit. Highly recommend.
Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à quelques pas du marché de Namdaemun, du marché alimentaire et du grand magasin Shinsegae Main Store. Le marché nocturne de Myeongdong est également accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Plusieurs stations de métro se trouvent à proximité, ce qui facilite les déplacements dans toute la ville. L’hôtel propose aussi un excellent cours de yoga gratuit, une belle attention très appréciée. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est varié, copieux et de très bonne qualité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !
Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés. Le petit-déjeuner est assez cher lorsqu’il n’est pas inclus dans la réservation, et les conditions d’accès au happy hour ne sont pas toujours très claires.
J’ai également été déçu qu’un montant de 376 310 KRW ait été débité de ma carte bancaire avant mon arrivée, alors que je l’avais fournie uniquement pour garantir la réservation. J’ai malheureusement dû faire opposition à ma carte afin de récupérer cette somme. L’hôtel n’a pas assumé la responsabilité de cette erreur et ne nous a proposé aucune compensation pour le désagrément subi.
Il n’y a pas de laverie en libre-service dans l’hôtel. La plus proche se trouve à environ 7 minutes à pied.
Enfin, la chambre présente un design original que j’ai personnellement beaucoup apprécié, mais ce style ne conviendra pas forcément à tous les voyageurs.
George, our conscier was super helpful. We had stressful leave and he helped to completely remove all stress. Rooms are clean, everything is there and there are many positive unexpected amenities.
The place looks very special and unique. Everything is custom made, even the scent, light panels and every single piece of furniture.
