安く済んだのでよかった。
Pros:

家族５人で今回の価格は大変助かった。ベッドも3台ありました。パーキングもすぐ隣にあり、週末の夕方19時頃でも数台空きありました。冷蔵庫、冷凍庫もしっかり冷えました。

Cons:

ベッド3台あったぶん、部屋がかなり狭かった。
キッチンの食器類に汚れが残って、臭いがあった。
髪の毛が多かった。エレベーターが狭すぎて、大荷物だと乗れない。

裡面空間一次只能在廚房打開28吋的行李箱，無停車場，但旁邊有收費停車場。
Pros:

共有3張床，2大2小住非常舒適，廁所有浴缸可以泡澡，且有烘衣乾燥設備，一晚上衣服可以乾。
離博多站走路大約8-10分鐘可到，旁邊是鐵軌，雖會聽到火車聲，但晚上睡覺沒什麼影響。

乾淨、方便、入住退住方便、熱水穩定！
Pros:

洗手間/化妝間/浴室有足夠空間👍免治馬桶100分，馬桶後方就是洗手台很酷🆒冷氣很涼全室都吹得到，睡得不錯蠻舒服。從博多車站坐計程車大概5分鐘，也蠻便宜的。走路應該要15分鐘左右，但附近有公車站3分鐘會到，可以多利用公車移動👍👍

床跟牆面距離偏窄，走路不能太快會撞到腳趾頭😭

Not convenient for a large group and senior citizen. They only have one toilet & bath

What i like is that there’s an elevator so you wouldn’t have to carry your luggages thru stairs

Cons:

There’s an additional payment they call it accommodation tax which is ¥200 per person per night before you can check in which is not clearly mention in their page. We stayed for 15days for 9 person so its bit a costly for us. Exhaust in the 4th floor bathroom is not working. They don’t have cleaning utensil, they don’t initially approved our request to clean our unit, but eventually they consider after telling them what the accommodation will look like in 2 weeks if theres no cleaning utensils and don’t change the beddings.
Its 17mins walk to hakata station.

Pros:

쇼파베드가 편하진않았지만 그래도 쇼파베드까지하면 잘곳이 많아서 좋았고, 역에서 15분정도 거리라 이동이 좋았습니다.

Cons:

화장실이 한개뿐이라 여러명이 이용하기에는 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 1층에 화장실이 하나 더 있어서 좋았습니다.
