We stayed at Hotel Ami for four nights. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the private beach was fantastic, and the reception staff were always friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the restaurant service was disappointing and not what we expected from a five-star hotel.
The most serious issue was with a gluten-free dessert ordered through room service. We specifically asked if it was gluten-free and were told that it was. Fortunately, the person with the gluten allergy did not eat it, because it was clearly not gluten-free. This could have had serious consequences for someone with celiac disease or a severe gluten allergy.
We also ordered a fruit platter through room service, but it never arrived. When we asked about it, we were simply told that we had never placed the order, instead of the staff trying to resolve the situation. We felt our concerns were not taken seriously.
The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot to offer, but the restaurant staff were unfriendly and the service did not match the standard of a five-star hotel. We hope the management addresses these issues, especially when it comes to food allergies

Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt nahe der Promenade und hat einen eigenen Strandabschnitt. Die junge Dame im Kids Club macht einen sehr guten und freundlichen Eindruck. Die Kinder haben sich wohl gefühlt.
Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ok.
Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist der Service und das drum herum nicht berrauschend. Für alles wird Geld gefordert. Und das zu Preisen, die absolut übertrieben sind. Eine Wasserflasche am Tag steht frei zur Verfügung, der Rest nur gegen Bezahlung. Der Kids Club ist sehr lieblos in einem Zimmer ohne Fenster eingerichtet. Am Außenpool sind die Liegen durchgängig von morgens bis Abends besetzt. Zudem gibt es viel zu wenige Liegen am Poolbereich, was für ein solch großes Hotel im Verhältnis nicht passt. Einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich in dem Hotel nicht empfehlen. Vergleichsweise würde es sich eher in ein 3-4 Sterne Hotel eingliedern.
Everything was excellent. The location was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
There was honestly very little not to like. Everything was well organised and exceeded our expectations. We would only have liked to stay longer.
