heartwarming to feel you stay with people who care for you comfort
Pros:

nice location in a quiet cozy little town, close to everything including ways to bypass the congestions
decent food
absolutely exceptional very efficient caring and helpful staff. we received detailed instructions on public transportation, and a small misunderstanding in our booking communication was resolved very decently

Cons:

the shape of the tall building is a bit peculiar so quite a few rooms face each other if the wall
a live 80s disco in the evenings we successfully overcame with the help of earplugs

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The food was absolutely delicious.

Cons:

The only disappointment was the WiFi, which unfortunately did not work in our room.

Good value hotel near the sea with slow lifts
Pros:

Good hotel with 5 mins walk to the sea.
There is a private beach, but it can be overcrowded at 11-12, so you may need to wait for a sunbed.
The breakfast is perfect.
There is some construction in the parking lot and at the hotel.
I like the voice concerts on the terrace in the evening.

Cons:

Lifts are a bottleneck in the hotel. You should always wait for 5+ minutes.

Close to being very good
Pros:

We stayed here the last week of July. Aspects of the hotel work well, such as the staff and the facilities. We found the breakfast good and varied and whilst more expensive than local restaurants and supermarkets, the in house food wasnt that much more expensive.

It just needs a bit of common sense. For example, there's a good singer and live music nightly. The 2 days it rained it worked perfectly in the cocktail bar inside with him singing. Instead for the other days the music was outside in front of barely anyone and meant up to floor 9 and 10 you could hear it clearly. It's only until 11pm but with a toddler (and many kids at the hotel), it was an odd move.

Then you have one lift randomely out the whole time, meaning one lift was very busy. They said it was for refurbishment, but staff were regularly using it.

Easy to fix issues. I'd also say the hotel could put in place a minibus (and charge a small fee) to get into places like Budva and Kotor. It's not easy with the transport system in Montenegro quite poor.

This is meant as positive suggestions as it's not far being bang on. The people in Monetenegro and the hotel are lovely. The place is beautiful. Not far off being really good.

Beter dan mijn verwachtingen, gewoon perfect!
Pros:

Het heeft een heel goede locatie, het is niet ver van het centrum en de zee. Het personeel was ook heel erg vriendelijk ter alle tijden. Het eten dat we kregen bij het buffet, was gewoon te gek voor woorden HEEL lekker!!
Hygiëne van de kamers en het hotel zelf waren ook perfect. Ik raad dit hotel zeker voor iedereen aan die de regio wilt bezoeken, dit is niet de laatste keer dat ik zal komen😊. Top ervaring gehad!

Si tornéssim a Petrovac escollirien aquest hotel sens dubte, un hotel de 5 estrelles justificades
Pros:

És el millor hotel amb diferència de tot Petrovac. Les instal.lacions són molt comfortables i aptes per a nens. Té una bona piscina i un buggy que et porta a la platja amb hamaques i parasols pròpies del hotel i que està a 4 minuts caminant.

Cons:

Va haver-hi un dia que el nen va tenir gastronteritis el personal no va ser massa comprensible. No entenien que necessitéssim tovalloles de més per no tacar les moquetes de l’habitació.

Pros:

As a five-star hotel, I was disappointed with the service. Perhaps it’s because it’s relatively new and tourism is still developing in Montenegro.

The room service was consistently poor. Towels and water were often forgotten, and multiple chase-up calls were needed to get them.

The food was basic and repetitive. The same dishes were often served day after day, and hygiene standards were lacking. The buffet food was left open, attracting flies.

The gym was minimal, with only one bench, maximum weights to 22Kg only, a few treadmills and a malfunctioning multi-gym that didn’t work. The steam room and another room weren’t working either. Fresh towels were a problem because the spa area didn’t have a regular supply.

The indoor pool wasn’t the 27 degrees advertised and the main spa jet was broken.

The hotel itself was decent and conveniently located near the beach.

Nikolas who was on reception, was genuinely helpful and attentive. He resolved concerns when they arose but unfortunately wasn’t always available due to his shift patterns.

I believe things will improve in a few years as they’ll understand the standards expected of a five-star hotel.
