Hotel reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Overall cleanliness of the property was of a very high standard inside and out - well done to the Housekeeping/maintenance staff.
Very quiet on the 6th level when the blackout blind was closed.

Was not overly fond of the Breakfast selection, 1st morning there was Bacon, scrambled Eggs, some type of house made baked Beans that would have been nice if they had more sauce with them, and a vegetable noodle dish. The Bircher Muesli was very tasty though. The 2nd morning there was Chipolata Sausages, scrambled Eggs, Hash brown (lovely) and Tomatoes and onion, which I love, but the Tomatoes were not cooked, little bit disappointed with that.

There was a high pitched but low volume sound coming from somewhere in the room that would not go away all night and kept me up
Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable and staff were mostly friendly
There was a high pitch noise in the room coming from the phone which the staff said they would come and unplug, they never came and I ended up unplugging it myself. We had forks in our room which we had used on the first night and they were never taken by housekeeping, we had to take them ourselves to concierge, which would have been fine if we had been informed if thats what we had to do.
Definitely met expectations. Very clean, and quiet considering the venue was booked out.
Close to the city and beach. Would stay here again.
