Pros:

Le calme de l'appartement malgré une rue avec beaucoup de passage, la taille du logement et le confort de la literie. Malgré que nous avions une voiture, nous avons parfois pris des taxis/bolt : l'offre y était abondante et c'était très facile pour rejoindre le centre. Salle de bain spacieuse et douche au top.

Cons:

Très peu voir pas du tout de matériel de cuisine (même pas une casserole pour se faire cuire des pâtes). Nous avions opté pour une place de parking en supplément mais aucune place n'était réellement réservée : un simple cône était posé devant le logement mais était évidemment vite retiré/déplacé et nous perdions donc notre place. À notre arrivée pas d'essuies dans la chambre. Un demi rouleau de papier toilette pour 3 nuits, nous avons dû aller en réclamer à l'accueil mais le personnel y était très souvent absent avec une pancarte "retour dans 10min" qui était plus là pour dire nous ne somme pas là que retour dans 10min car nous avons dû les contacter via WhatsApp.

Séjour conforme à mes attentes
Pros:

Appartement bien équipé, propre, spacieux, très bonne literie. Le lave linge a été un vrai plus pour nous.
La personne à l'accueil est réactive et sympathique

Cons:

La montée à pied est raide depuis l'avenue Rustaveli, nous avons pris le bus les autres jours

The people here are so kind! The apartment was beautifully clean, spacious and comfortable. Good location as the bus stops right at the front gate.

Приветливый персонал, угощали нас арбузом, все наши просьбы выполняли быстро!
При выезде был приятный сюрприз: персонал пересчитал стоимость и вернули 300GEL.

Номер укомплектован всем необходимым.

Чисто и уютно.

Бассейн хороший.

Великолепный вид из окон гостиной и спальни на весь Тбилиси с высоты.

Cons:

Далековато и высоковаты от инфраструктуры компенсируется видом из номера.
Оживленная улица, но это временно, пока ремонтируют проспект Руставели..

Pas grand chose. Peut être les abords de l'hôtel qui ne sont pas hyper jolis ( la rue) mais sinon rien du tout

Pros:

Bardzo przestronne apartamenty- kuchnia, salon, duza sypialnia, łazienka. Jest nawet żelazko i deska do prasowania oraz suszarka do ubrań. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Przemiła obsługa.

Cons:

Jedyne czego mi brakowało to ekspres do kawy choć tuż obok jest kawiarnia z bardzo dobrą kawą i widokiem na Tbilisi. Oraz wi fi - dość słabe.

La amabilidad del personal y del dueño del hotel. La habitación era espaciosa, aire acondicionado y la piscina estaba muy limpia. Disponen de plaza de aparcamiento.

Cons:

La ubicación obligaba a usar autobús o Bolt para desplazarse. El precio para moverse con Bolt es bueno.

Very welcoming and positive staff. Spacious apartment! There is a small pool with a cute shared terrace. We really enjoyed our stay and found it super easy to walk to the city. Also recommend several Georgian restaurants in the area!
