Dirty hotel toilet
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a nice size and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I booked the Studio with Terrace and City View room. At first sight, the room looked great, but unfortunately the toilet was filthy. There was dried urine all over the toilet seat, and unflushed toilet paper in the toilet. We contacted reception and they offered us a new room - Superior Studio with city view in addition to 2 drink vouchers at Moxy bar and a chocolate. The reception staff tried to be as helpful as possible but unfortunately, seeing the bathroom in that condition really ruined the entire experience for me.

In the Superior Studio room - there was a low hanging lampshade across the coffee table which really just got in the way and was inconvenient and not necessary.

Breakfast - the table set up was really not great. It was mainly communal tables - some had chairs and others had sofas which were quite low. The breakfast selection was quite good and the coffee was good too!

Great location, good breakfast, big rooms
Pros:

Excellent location good breakfast and big size rooms. Availability of drinking water, coffee and tea at the reception at all times. Flexibility to extend check out time for reasonable price ($15/hr).
