Una gean ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, muy cerca de todo para conocer y vivir la ciudad, lugares donde comprar, muy cerca de la calle principal peatonal, restaurantes y lugares históricos que conocer.

Cons:

El desayuno bueno pero encontré muy incómodo la mezcla entre comedor y living, no permite un buen orden ni una limpieza eficiente de las mesas y lugares donde se tomaba el desayuno

Comfy place close to old town
Pros:

Location was excellent! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. There was coffee and snack available all day too.

Absolut NO-Go for a 4-star hotel, never again
Pros:

- Location
- service from Mr. ALI YOUSEFI, he fixed the room change to the one we reserved and paid for

Cons:

- 1st: we reserved a corner suite, 55m2, with very nice balcony according to the room pctures while reserving
- 2nd: they put us in room 529 with 30m2 and very small balcony
- 3rd: on morning 4th of June, contacting front desk. Ali Yousefi fixed it and we moved to room 412. Now we are in room we paid for.
Now the shower story:
Showring nearly impossiple due to damaged fixtures and wrong installations.
All old and damaged. Rain shower not working properly. Hand shower vertical rail stopper 'kaputt', ergo no chance to fix height. Warm-/cold water adjustement stuck due to valve handle for rain shower.

To summarize: no maintenance, no regular showering possible and washing long hair for my wife nearly impossible.

Management allerted immediately - result = talking, talking, nothing happend!

Today, 06.06., morning, the engineer was inspecting and promissing to fix it. Now it is 9:20pm - nothing fixed. Tomorrow we check out.

Gute Lage. Schön das der Eingang auf der ruhigeren Straßenseite gewesen ist.
Pros:

Man bekam immer frische Handtücher.

Cons:

Das der Platz vor dem Hotel Moxy am Wochenende so voller Müll gewesen ist.
