I need to consider whether I will return next year.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the property is conveniently located with on site parking.
I enjoyed having a stove etc in the room.
Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Safe was too small for my laptop which was very disappointing. Last year my laptop fitted into the safe.

My room was serviced the one day whilst I indicated 'do not disturb'.

The person in charge reprimanded a staff member and moved tables on one of the mornings at breakfast whilst I tried to have a peaceful breakfast. It spoiled it for me.

Pros:

Excellent facility in good location. Special thanks to the hotel manager for listening and addressing customers concerns.

Cons:

Some issues caused by misunderstanding of the staff of certain policies. Got escalated to the hotel manager (Mr Mike) and he resolved all the issues efficiently.
