Practical, all you need hotel
Pros:

Location near the Convention Centre, one of the hotels closest to it . Clean and great maid service. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great restaurant in the hotel itself. The valet and receptionist very helpful. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The one thing that could be improved is the waiting of tables at breakfast. Sometimes waiting for the ordered drink took quite long. Maybe if guests could get their own drinks from a dispensing machine would speed up the process.

Recommended for families whose looking to stay together otherwise any hotel will be better
Pros:

Room size and location

Cons:

Breakfast very very bad and staff in Restraunt always asking for tip , cost is high in comparison with hotels close to it and spa prices is high as well

Great stay!
Pros:

The hotel is located very close to the Cape Town convention center. They have a great onsite restaurant for lunch and dinner. The breakfast place is also great. The staff are excellent especially the house keeping staff. Once they realized I drink a lot of water, they started to leave extra bottled water in my room. They also have a dedicated driveway for uber which made moving around the city very convenient.

The stay was okay! Not good & not terrible
Pros:

Location is perfect for CTICC YOU can walk.

Cons:

Staff lukewarm! 1 wanted me to pay water for breakfast because I do not take coffee or juice yet I have already paid my breakfast with the booking.
2 I calls the reception informing them I’m wrapping things up my check out will be delayed by 15 to 20min . Meaning 11:20 instead of 11:00 I was met by an unpleasant tone and later said I give you 15min. They have no clue of the standard practice of grace period!
3 Level 7 corridor had a bad smell.
4 The shower was not draining well
5 The room door was not locking on the inside. Which is concerning when you are traveling alone.

The service was not welcoming.

NB: room service is R35 & you can only get 1 item from the meal.
