Atendimento bom e acomodação suficiente e básica que atende as principais necessidades.
Pros:

O hotel atende as necessidades basicas e está em boa localização. Os funcionários que nos atenderam no check-in foram muito atenciosos. A Selma( espero nao estar errando o nome) buscou a melhor forma de nos ajudar por conta da hospedagem que ficou meio confusa na reserva por talvez haver troca de hóspedes, mas no final ela buscou uma solução para que pudéssemos ter uma acomodacao tranquila sem transtornos e o Gutemberg que tb me atendeu por telefone de forma bem gentil mesmo nao nos atendendo pessolamente tirando todas as minhas dúvidas. 

Cons:

acho cara a diária para o que o hotel oferece, pois achei as acomodações meio antigas e nao oferece muitas opções de canais na TV, somente tv aberta e inclusive não são smart tv pra que a gente possa até assistir streaming com nosso login. A piscina bem basica também, mesmo não tendo sido utilizada por conta do clima. No geral o que não gostei mas o hotel não deixa de atender o suficiente e necessário.

Colchão é ótimo!

Cons:

As tomadas e controles da luz poderiam estar mais próximos das cabeceiras da cama. Pode melhorar um pouquinho mkais no café da manhã e começar às 6h. 6h30 para muitos já atrasa a chegada ao trabalho.

Fui muito bem acolhido e recomendarei o hotel para outras pessoas.
Pros:

Quanto ao sortimento de frutas e alimentos para o café está muito bom; mas quanto ao servir o café, o leite e a opção de chocolate quente; prefiro o processo de garrafas separadas, do que a máquina expressa.

Cons:

Achei muito caro, uma agua mineral gasosa por R$ 8,00 a unidade.
