The pool was empty! Lots of renovating being done. Also they’ve renovated the old charming pub into a cold soulless modern bar

I was travelling all day and my wife found this Hotel on your Website. I was very disappointed.

Cons:

Although I booked and paid , I did not stay over because the location was out of the town and in a rural area , and surrounded by informal settlements. I did not feel safe at all and left , I managed to find a decent place in Winterton where I spend the night.
I definitely would not recommend this (Hotel) to anyone. It does not look like the picture on your Website.
