接待的櫃台員工剛好會講中文，態度很客氣，一樓大廳有備品和咖啡紅茶可以享用。空間大行李箱可以攤開來，還有廚房可以用

Pros:

위치는 하카타역에서 약간 거리가 있지만 캐리어를 숙소에 맡겨둘 수 있어서 거리 구경하면서 다니기 좋았습니다
한국분도 계셔서 소통하는데 전혀 문제 없었고 4인 가족이 머물기 적당했어요!

Cons:

위치랑 청소서비스가 없는 게 다소 아쉬웠지만 이 가격에 이 정도 컨디션 룸이면 만족스러워요

因為此次是四人同行，我事前mail聯繫希望能多兩件被子，飯店也事先備妥。整體住宿感受很好，很推薦!
Pros:

公寓式的設計，小小空間還是規畫出廚房、臥室與客廳，功能十分齊全。
乾溼分離的浴室，有浴缸可泡澡，更衣間還有洗衣機可使用，晚上掛到陽台晾曬，第二天就乾了!
廚房設備與餐具齊全，只可惜流理台區沒有插座可使用電熱水壺。
很適合家人或好友同住，兩張雙人床可以睡得很舒服。

Cons:

距離車站遠了一點，在整日遊逛後，會覺得要走回住處有點累!

交通便利，房間內有吸塵器等清潔用具，可自行簡易整理房內整潔。整體而言，是個舒適的住宿地方。
Pros:

住宿地點離博多車站走路約10分鐘，非常方便，搭車到天神也只需要兩站，是個交通便利環境。所需要的備品(茶包、牙刷、刮鬍刀等)，可自行至1樓櫃台旁取用，房間內的餐具及廚房用具也都很齊全，方便簡單烹調食物。

房間空間不大，但行李廂還是可以打開整理，房間內的桌子較小，使用上比較不方便。

Great location and Big room
Pros:

Apartment near Hakata Station which you can walk less than 10 mins. Room is big size and full of facilities. Staff is so helpful and nice so they make our stay so perfectly. We will be back for sure

A comfortable space for a family of 3 👍
Pros:

The annex was around 18 mins walk to Hakata Station. We usually walk in the morning but we take a taxi at night because we have a lot of items to itch us. It’s about JPY1,200 from the station to the annex.

하카타역에서 도보 10분~15분 거리의 가성비 숙소

Cons:

4명이 같이 숙소에 묵었는데 더블침대 3개라서 두명은 같이 자야되는게 좀 불편했음.
