每次家人出遊，找住宿都是我的小小快樂，台灣有很多民宿都充滿了故事與設計巧思，這次在台南的百年旅社住宿我很喜歡，聽到民宿主人介紹更是彷彿回到50年前的時代，難怪很多國外旅客也來做了歷史探訪….

新東亞旅埕位於台南市北區，前身為已有超過一甲子歷史的「新東亞大旅社」。建築最早可追溯至日治時期，曾是木材商起家厝，後改建為旅社，見證台南城市發展與旅宿文化的演變。停業多年後，由第三代接手整修，在保留磨石子地板、彩色玻璃、檜木樓梯、老磁磚與復古家具等歷史元素的基礎上，重新打造為兼具住宿、文化體驗與地方記憶的特色旅店。經營者希望讓旅客不只是住宿，而是透過老屋空間感受台南的歷史紋理與生活故事。新東亞旅埕因此成為老屋再生的代表案例，展現台南保存歷史建築與活化地方文化的成果。

Cons:

台南的夏天真的是有夠濕熱….開冷氣要冷的時間比較久，建議可以放一台循環扇或電風扇在室內。 其他一切都很棒。

如果是青旅的價格住到，會感覺物超所值

很特別的地方，感覺很用心的整理老宅

Cons:

太小，因為過年期間訂房，沒想到這麼小，小到有壓迫的感覺
隔音非常差
過年CP值好低
