Best we’ve stayed at in awhile
Pros:

This is one of the best hotels that we stayed at for our 12 day vacation. We stayed at 9 different hotels and we ranked this the best of those. Employees were all very nice and room was the best. Breakfast area has regular plates, silverware, glasses, and linen napkins. I can’t remember the last time a hotel we stayed in didn’t have paper plates and plastic silverware.

Cons:

Parking around the back was a little cramped, but ok . There is another lot, but we were only there for one night, so we stayed in the same spot.

Pros:

Daniel was so accommodating that he troubleshoot the remote controls and when that didn't work , he found a new room for me just four doors down and he assisted me in packing up my belongings and transported them to my new room.. the breakfast buffet was a variety which was very pleasant

Cons:

That my TV did not work but Daniel troubleshooted as described above

Pros:

Quiet comfortable suite. Good space, and double vanity bathroom.
Nice selection of books and apparel in Lobby store.

Cons:

In room coffee was not great. Long walk to breakfast & coffee from William House. Would be better with single serve Keurigs. Breakfast options were a little sparse.
