Amazing Staff, great location and spacious rooms with all the amenities you need
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located in an amazing area of the city. You can walk to parks, restaurants, convinience stores and trasportation. Romms are large and spacious, you won't feel like resting in a box. But the highlight of all is the Hotel staff, Michelle and Said are amazing and they trully care about your stay. Next time I visit the city, there is no doubt where I'm going to stay. Keep doing the amazing work you do guys....10 out of 10 for sure!!!

Amazing stay, the people at the front desk were very friendly, realiable, sociable and they made my experience even bett
Pros:

The property is located in a very nice area with lots of bars, restaurants and things to do. Also has a lot of parks around for walking. Just nice area all around

Cons:

The only thing that was a little iffy was the water pressure in the shower but I got used to it.

Great stay! make sure to check your shower water and let them know
Pros:

The staff was lovely and super helpful, they let me do the check out later and the check in early. Very sweet of them.

Cons:

The water of my shower didn't really got warm, it was okay because it was very hot outside still arriving at night for a cold shower was not great, thats the only small issue I had. Everything else was great and I recommend this place.

A good option with lovely friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were really lovely. It’s a nice hotel.

Cons:

There are two locations a few streets apart. Where we were was nice and quiet but would have appreciated knowing where we would be beforehand. There’s no parking, just street parking with meters but it’s Condessa area so to be expected.

Muy mal diseño, habitaciones y baño viejos.
Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen muy mal diseño, mobiliario viejo, sin ventana, el baño estaba super mal, sin un buen lavamanos para poner cosas, y lo peor la regadera se inundaba y el olor a drenaje era terrible. La atención del personal es buena, es lo único bueno del hotel. Pero no lo recomiendo para nada.

El personal tiene toda la actitud y disposición, super amables, la ubicación perfecta todo esta cerca.

Cons:

La caldera hace un ruido que si llega a perturbar el sueño.
Y por ahorro de agua deberían revisar su sistema ya que son muchos minutos lo que tarda en caer caliente
