¡Todo! Ha sido fantástico. El personal, las atenciones, el detalle de los regalitos de despedida y sobre todo la seguridad y limpieza del hotel.

Cons:

Lo único que podría decir es que la tarifa de la lavandería me pareció un poco cara comparada a otros hoteles porque lo cobran por lavadora y no por pieza pero si quieres lavar muchas prendas entonces si conviene y ya no resulta caro. Si que estaba bastante clara la información pero no la leí bien, entonces fue mi error. Solo como recomendación a las huéspedes para tomarlo en cuenta.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt in Mexico-City

Das Hotel liegt super Zentral in Condesa. Trotz Straßenarbeiten direkt vor dem Hotel, hatten wir ruhige Nächte, obwohl das Zimmer zur Straße lag. Für Gäste mit leichtem Schlaf liegen trotzdem Ohrstöpsel parat.
Wir waren zuerst nur für 4 Tage dort eingebucht, doch nicht nur die Lage, sondern besonders das Personal an der Rezeption um Said und Michelle haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt für weitere 4 Tage verlängert haben. Ihr Service ging weit über normale Gastfreundschaft hinaus, könnte ich mehr als 10 Sterne geben, ich würde es tun. Danke an euch, ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt in Mexico-City zu einem der schönsten Erlebnisse jemals werden lassen.

En general, es un buen valor por el precio y la ubicación es excelente.
Pros:

En general, las instalaciones son lindas, sobre todo el área con mesitas y barra. A pesar de la ubicación, no se escucha mucho ruido y casi no entra luz a la recámara, lo que permite dormir mejor.
La atención y amabilidad en recepción es excelente!

Cons:

El baño es pequeño, especialmente el área de la regadera. Nos hubiera gustado que tuviera aire acondicionado.

Amazing Staff, great location and spacious rooms with all the amenities you need
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located in an amazing area of the city. You can walk to parks, restaurants, convinience stores and trasportation. Romms are large and spacious, you won't feel like resting in a box. But the highlight of all is the Hotel staff, Michelle and Said are amazing and they trully care about your stay. Next time I visit the city, there is no doubt where I'm going to stay. Keep doing the amazing work you do guys....10 out of 10 for sure!!!

The property is located in a very nice area with lots of bars, restaurants and things to do. Also has a lot of parks around for walking. Just nice area all around

Cons:

The only thing that was a little iffy was the water pressure in the shower but I got used to it.
