I initially stayed at Yeosu Venezia Hotel & Suite for several days during my trip to Yeosu, and after checking out, I ended up booking another stay here because I had enjoyed my first one so much.
I had a lovely room with a beautiful sea view, the hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the swimming pool and its very convenient operating hours. I also really liked the café and bar on the first floor, which was a lovely place to stop by for a dessert or a cocktail.
Breakfast deserves a special mention as well. It was genuinely delicious, with enough variety to appeal to both Korean and international guests, while still being very reasonably priced. One small detail that I appreciated more than I expected was that I never once had to wait to be seated for breakfast. Whenever I came down, I could simply walk in and enjoy my meal, which made the mornings feel pleasantly effortless.
But what really stood out to me throughout both stays was the people. I was impressed by how consistently warm, attentive and welcoming everyone was. Sometimes even at a very good hotel, you encounter one department or one part of the experience that feels noticeably weaker than the rest. Here, I honestly didn’t. Every member of staff I interacted with left a very positive impression.
I particularly want to thank the Front Desk team. 김라연 was very kind and helpful, assisting me with an early check-in and later managing to arrange a late check-out until 5 p.m. for an additional charge. I especially appreciated this as it was a Friday in the middle of the peak summer season and the hotel was fully booked. 전형진 stepped in during the process, helping guide the arrangements in the system and communicating with me in excellent English, which made everything very smooth and easy.
조식이 굉장히 훌륭했고, 콜택시도 부르면 3분 이내에 도착해서 여기저기 많은곳을 편하게 다녀왔음. 호텔로비에서 근처 아쿠아리움 입장권도 할인받아서 큰 세이브가 되었음.무엇보다도 뷰가 정말 끝내주는곳임.
위치가 완전 바다 옆이라 바다 보기 좋아요. 해상 케이블카 빅오 분수 쇼 다 걸어서 구경할 수 있는 거리에요. 유람선 탑승도 바로 옆에 있어요. 침대 매트가 편안해요. 이용객이 많은 호텔이에요.
호텔 근처에 식당이 많이 없어요.이불이 좀 오래된거 같아요.
Great location as a base for exploring Yeosu for a few days, including proximity to the fish market area, cable car station and O-dong Do Island. Lovely views out to the water. Fantastic facilities to enjoy on-site. Room was a good size, with space for us to unpack our suitcases and stay comfortably for a few days.
Can't really fault it - if I had to name a couple of small things, it's a little dated, and the lifts can be very slow during peak times.
