Mixed to negative: multiple reviews mention poor hygiene in bathrooms (mould in shower, dirty shower screen), dust and even hair found in beds, though some guests reported rooms as clean. Overall cleanliness is a notable weakness.
Service
9
Strongly positive: many reviews praise staff as friendly, helpful and attentive (quickly provided extra pillows, warm welcome, polite reception), frequently listed as a highlight of stays.
Location
8.8
Generally positive: several guests call the location ideal/near beach or 'top', though a few note it is on the edge of town/industrial zone or further from the center than expected. Overall location is a strength.
Room Quality
6
Below average: recurring comments about small/cramped rooms, beds pushed against a wall, limited storage/no wardrobes, basic or plastic furnishings and lack of balcony/fridge in some rooms.
Amenities
6.5
Mixed: positives include functional basics and in-room air conditioning reported by some, but negatives include no in-room coffee machines, limited fridge/balcony, occasional full parking and lack of secure bicycle storage.
Value for Money
6.5
Mixed to slightly negative: some guests find the price reasonable, but many are frustrated by additional parking charges (~€15/night) and perceive limited room size/amenities for the cost.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Positive: breakfast is frequently praised as very complete/ excellent and of good quality; one complaint about food not being available after 21:00, but breakfast is consistently a highlight.
Overall Experience
7.5
Overall slightly above average: friendly staff, good breakfast and a convenient location drive positive stays, tempered by small rooms, some cleanliness issues and extra parking costs.
