Pros:

First of all do not expect the Ritz hotel and you will not be disappointed....Although the furnishings and fittings are dated Marinas Rooms offers exceptional value for money it has everything you could want and more besides...The packed breakfast works well and access to fresh milk tea and coffee is nice....Also outdoor garden area very nice to sit in.... Our room was cleaned daily which nowadays is unique....and the daily texts from Marina (who unfortunately we did not meet) a nice touch.... Location is good regular bus from airport then an easy 5 to 10 min walk gets you to the accommodation... Larnaca marina 10 min walk away ... I can recommend the Perseus bakery 5 mins away... All in if you are on a budget highly recommended...oh ps if you love cats (as we do) carry some cat kibbles with you there are plenty of them (most of which seem well cared for) on the streets to fuss over....

Cons:

Needs non slip rubber shower mat in shower tray as very slippery when wet...

Pros:

Le petit jardin pour prendre un petit déjeuner composé d'une bouteille de jus de fruit, un sandwich jambon fromage tomate concombre, avec une banane et 2 gâteaux. Le tout avec café ou thé...je n'ai communiqué avec Marina que via whatsapp

Cons:

La chambre a l'aveugle, il y a bien une fenêtre mais genre soupirail et elle donne sur la cuisine.
Il y a une forte odeur de parfum pour cacher sans doute une odeur de renfermé
La chambre était mentionnée à plus de 70 € mais réduction à 36 et clairement ça ne vaut pas 70€.

Pros:

Omistaja ja työntekijät erittäin avuliaita ja mukavia. Vastaus viesteihin oli nopeaa. Majoitus paikka oli siisti ja rauhallisella paikalla. Lyhyt kävely matka kaikkiin kohteisiin.

Fabulous!
Pros:

I definitely enjoyed my stay here!
The location was perfect for me, walkable distance to town and beach. I loved the fact, it is in a quiet local area!
Room was clean with shared kitchen, providing free coffee/tea and water at all times!
Absolutely enjoyed the garden to sit and relax!
Communication and instructions beforehand and during my stay was excellent, Marina always responded quickly and was very helpful!

Cons:

I am in general not a fan of automated air fresheners, but you can just switch it off on the device itself, so no problem!

Pas grand chose à dire sur cet établissement… juste bon pour y passer une nuit quand on n’a nulle part d’autre où aller…

Cons:

Un rez de chaussée de maison transformé en établissement. On rentre dans le rez de chaussée de la maison qui dessert à droite et à gauche quelques chambres, avec au fond une cuisine et un accès à un extérieur… Aucune intimité car dès qu’on sort de la chambre on est dans la cuisine presque… le matin à notre réveil nous n’avons vu personne pour le petit déjeuner… ce dernier avait été déposé la veille à la cuisine (plateau petit déjeuner avec rien de bon à manger : un jus de fruit plus que bas de gamme, un sandwich, un gâteau de grande distribution )…

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do promenady i plaży. Świetny, szybki i miły kontakt z Właścicielem. Plusem są śniadania serwowane w lunchbox-ach dzień wcześniej wieczorem.

Pros:

the kindness of the owners

the courtyard and lemon tree and fresh herbs in the garden the breakfast outside
I liked my bedroom
the first room I was assigned to didn't fit me at all and they had the kindness to swap it for me
I loved the pizza and the figs in alcohol offered in the welcome breakfast box

Cons:

the check in and check out with the lockers
I would have rather prefered that the host would be there it was 5pm
I didn't like most of the breakfast boxes too much ... but I am very picky in food so I bought my ham my cheese and my bread
...mattress was hard , I put a blanket under my bedsheet

You will enjoy Larnaca even more if you stay here.
Pros:

Marina and her family members are great hosts. Warm, friendly and always ready to help. They could teach a master class on how to treat your guests. We visited during the Orthodox Christian Great Lent and Marina provided breakfast boxes so we could continue our fast. It was much appreciated. Rooms are clean, their garden is spacious with a lovely lemon tree in the middle. I absolutely loved everything.
