El estacionamiento pudieran cambiar la puerta de cochera que sea automática y no que uno se tenga que estar bajando a hacerlo uno mismo

Muy mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo

Cons:

En general muy mala atención al cliente y le hace falta mantenimiento al espacio. Habitaciones sucias.
En lo particular:
- Cuando llegue mi habitación estaba sucia, en las mesas y el piso. Pedí que volvieran a limpiar
- Mi tv dejo de funcionar, lo reporte a las 3pm y lo solucionaron a las 11pm
- El personal en general da muy mal servicio, fueron groseros y no están capacitados para resolver las situaciones presentadas en el hotel
- El desayuno de fines de semana dice que termina a las 11am. Llegue 10:40am y ya estaban recogiendo todo. Deberían de recoger a las 11am
- No sirven los teléfonos de los habitaciones, si tienes un accidente no puedes comunicarte rápido con recepción
- El boiler no funcionó correctamente. Fue difícil controlar el agua caliente
- Pedí hablar con el gerente y nunca me comunicaron con él, hasta el último día

I liked everything about our room.

Cons:

Check in, I believe, was at 3 pm. We arrived at 6 pm and room was not ready. Had to wait another 30 minutes for room to be ready. Also, did not like the parking area. Literally had to walk around the corner. Didn't feel the parking lot to be safe.

My stay would have been more pleasant without those couple of inconveniences.
Pros:

The only good things here were the breakfast and the kitchen amenities. I also want to compliment the breakfast staff and the porter.

Cons:

The room we were initially assigned smelled strongly of marijuana. The staff kindly moved us to another room, but unfortunately that room was under renovation and very dusty. The bathroom shower was clogged and somewhat dirty. The hot water was extremely hot, so we had to adjust it constantly.
