Clean and large space in a quiet neighborhood.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, and there is a great Taco place around the corner. I had many bags and needed to stay on the ground level, and I'm glad they had options to choose levels.

Cons:

They said the shower had hot water, but it was just a trickle. Besides, there was no light above the shower, so it was too dark to see if I got clean with trickling water.

CERO estrellas porque me cancelaron cuatro horas antes de mi llegada!!

Nada en absoluto porque me cancelaron mi reserva a tan solo 4 horas de mi llegada. Así, con un mensajito disculpándose, que estaban llenos. Sinceramente si piensas ir a este lugar, detente un poco.

Cons:

Creo que se debe tener un sentido de responsabilidad con los clientes, si ya tengo reservado los lugares no hago overbooking (en mi caso, reservé 1 mes de anticipación), y si es algo frecuente que hacen, entonces tener alternativas para el cliente; incluso al medio dia me preguntaron por mensaje en que horario llegaba y finalmente me dijeron que no tenían cupo y un ¡usted disculpe!

El trajador del turno de la noche fue muy clasista y selectivo parecía que el servicio fuera regalo las carotas que hacía en la atención las sábanas sucia se supone que no se podía fumar ni consumir alcohol y tenían una gran fiesta en un cuarto de lado el olor a tabaco no permitía estar en la sala de la terraza había gente tomada con la música a todo volumen después de las 11pnsegun el reglamento decía lo contrario

Cons:

Las habitaciones de la parte baja son muy encerradas y demasiado calor en los pasillos, aparte la habitación un poco descuidada, habían unas cucarachas pequeñas, creo que les falta un poco de limpieza y mas organización, pues nos faltaba una toalla y el baño no tenia cortina por lo que tuvimos que solicitarla y eso debería de haber estado desde que se ingreso al hotel.
