One of the best hotels on our Sapporo trip
Pros:

Probably one of the best hotels we stayed in during our holiday in Sapporo. Kids loved the Netflix and Youtube availability and comfortable beds. Location was great! Walking distance to Susukino and also Tanukikoji St. Great for family of 4 in a spacious room

Cons:

Bathroom was a little small but it’s the same across Japan, so no complaints there

Nice stay with great location and plenty of eating places just outside hotel
Pros:

Well English speaking staff. Very nice onsen. Multi storey car parking within the property.

Cons:

The old night guard managing the car park lift at night was a little rude. Some shouting exchange with my husband but manage to be resolved by the staff.
