Breakfast was poor
Smoking was allowed in the hallways, and the bedrooms too smelt strongly of smoke, which was very unpleasant
Nice room, comfy bed, all good. Very good value for money.
The service at the Bfast could be improved. The person who was supposed to attend breakfast guests was sitting and focusing only on his phone, doing nothing. The person serving Pho was helpful and nice.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. I will definitely stay there the next time that I visit the area.
Comfortable high quality room in the Ha Dong area of Hanoi. My first room had an issue with the airconditioner and the staff gave me another room immediately. There is a new shopping centre nearby and the metro station is about 1 km. There was an asian style breakfast served on level 8.
The breakfast was very limited.
