Superou minhas expectativas quanto a conforto e localização.
Pros:

O hotel foi uma agradável surpresa, equipe gentil e prestativa, localização próxima a estação de metrô, serviço de restaurante e ótimo café da manhã. Também a disponibilidade do transfer e horários super flexíveis para nos atender, permitindo chegar ao aeroporto em tempo dos procedimentos para viajar sem atrasos.

Cons:

O hotel conta com dois distintos prédios e para ir ao restaurante tive de ir ao outro prédio, mas, nada desconfortável ou difícil.

A comfortable stay
Pros:

Very comfortable with helpful staff. Good breakfast too. I was allowed to work in the lobby of the other building after checking out. The shuttle service 3 the airport is great, the driver is very charming.

Cons:

It's my own fault for not double checking but it's further from the airport than I thought. I would also have liked a kettle to make tea in the room.

Pros:

La navette disponible entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel, la propreté de la chambre, qui était spacieuse, le cocktail servi au bar était assez bon et la petite salle fitness, bien équipée. Le personnel du soir était bienveillant et gentil, ainsi que le chauffeur de la navette. La proximité au métro pour se déplacer au centre ville.

Cons:

Pas d'espace extérieur où s'asseoir pour boire un café ou prendre un verre, alors qu'il faisait très beau. La piscine était sale avec plein d'insectes morts dans l'eau, donc inutilisable. Quand j'ai fait la remarque le matin du départ, la personne m'a juste regardé et n'a fait aucun commentaire ou essayé de donner une justification, comme si ma remarque était un dérangement de plus dans sa journée. J'aurais aimé avoir la possibilité de faire un thé ou un café dans la chambre, mais il n'y avait pas d'équipement.

Que las tarjetas no llevan el número de habitación y el “vecino” cuando llegó a las 03.00 am se dedicó a probar en las habitaciones colindantes cuál era la suya con el considerable susto que te intenten abrir la puerta de madrugada
