Great to have a shuttle so early in the morning
Pros:

I got sick on the breakfast 20 minutes later. At the airport, I kept going to the bathroom and my stomach did not settle to three hours later.

Cons:

Making sure that food left out for breakfast is left out at a reasonable time and then thrown away

Convenient and Clean
Pros:

It is located close to the airport so getting to/from the airport was a breeze. They also have an airport shuttle which was very comfortable and went out on time. The room is very clean, modern and well appointed. The desk staff was helpful too! There is a pool on the roof and also great views of the city of Porto.

Très bon séjour. Hôtel agréable et personnel très accueillant, souriant et professionnel, de la réception au restaurant
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est agréable et bien entretenu.

Tout le personnel, de la réception au restaurant, en passant par les femmes de chambre, a été très accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à dire bonjour avec gentillesse. Leur professionnalisme et leur bonne humeur ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Cons:

Je trouve également dommage qu’à l’arrivée, il n’y ait pas une liste des restaurants situés à proximité. Lorsque l’on arrive en début d’après-midi, alors que le dîner de l’hôtel ne commence qu’à partir de 18 h, cela serait très pratique pour les clients.

Enfin, un point qui m’a un peu déçue concerne l’organisation. Dans la nuit, vers 2 h 30 du matin, la réception m’a appelée pour me dire que je devais descendre dans les trois minutes pour mon transfert vers l’aéroport. Or, j’avais bien indiqué que mon départ était prévu vers 9 h 30. Être réveillée en pleine nuit à cause d’une erreur d’organisation est vraiment regrettable. Heureusement, j’étais en vacances, mais pour une personne qui doit travailler le lendemain, être réveillée ainsi puis devoir se rendormir peut être beaucoup plus difficile.
Piscine fermée en plein été. Dommage

Really good stay near the airport
Pros:

Very spacious rooms, fantastic shower, really friendly staff. Really close to the airport and the shuttle service worked like a treat, and the breakfast was really good! Also, really late checkout

Cons:

You need to cross the street to their second establishment to accesss breakfast and gym, and they don't provide a shoe shiner/sponge/towel, these are the only negative I could find

La estancia quitando la primera noche ha sido muy buena.
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno y el personal que me atendió excelente.

Cons:

Las personas que tenía en la habitacion 117 fueron muy desagradables el lunes por la noche y dormí muy poco.
Menos mal que se marcharon por la mañana.
Pedí cambiar de habitación a lo cual me dijeron que se marchaban ese mismo dia y si tenia cualquier problema me cambiarían a otra habitación.
