Beliggenheten. Bassengområdet
Skitne rom, med unntak av badet som var rent. Kunne ikke gjøre rent rommene annen hver dag fordi de ikke hadde nok personale (!) Teppene var veldig skitne. Sofaseng ikke egnet for voksen person!! Alltid for lite sitteplasser og hele tiden tomt for mat til frokost. Svært lite utvalg - pålegg og brød var fraværende. Papptallerkener, plastglass/bestikk - forventes ikke på et Marriott hotell. Klart for lite personell til å betjene så mange gjester - lite hyggelig personale med noen untak. Stadig irritert på gjestene.
Rooftop Bar var OK - synd at den kun var åpne på kveldene.
We stayed at the AC which is 1 of the 3 hotels in the building residences inn was one so with us staying at the Ac we checked in at the Ac but had access to residence and just wanted to leave a review also because we had access to the residence even though we stayed to the Ac the pool was amazing. The bars were great food good we actually checked in Ac, my family and I and a lady at the front desk named Michelle helped me with pretty much my entire day and was so kind to my child which was pitching a fit at the front desk when checked us in so she gave my baby a toy and I thought that was extra nice but she also helped with restaurants and just planning our stay in general and I definitely wanted to make sure I left a review for residence as well because we went over on that side and were greeted kindly the entire three hotels and one is a bit confusing, but I actually liked it so thumbs up keep it up. We will be back.

Great hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay! Shoutout to Stephanie at the front desk who was so sweet and friendly especially at such an early hour! Had a great time and looking forward to coming back!

The hotel was nice and staff was friendly. The elevators are quite slow so there was a fair amount of time waiting. The pool is ok and the bar was decent but there is only sun in the morning due to the tall hotel shading it.
The bright spot was the rooftop bar and Yousef, the amazingly friendly and capable bartender and waiter.
I really liked this hotel for what it is. Not a 5* hotel, just a good solid place to stay. The room was generously sized, the bed was one of the best I've ever slept on, the pillow and sheets were perfect.
Next time I am in Nashville (I have a son going to school) I will definitely stay there again.

Close to Broadway, but not close enough to hear the revelry 😁. Staff very helpful and friendly. Super clean room.
Got to breakfast about 8:30, eggs and oatmeal were lukewarm warm. But, not a deterrent to visit again.

Great breakfast bar included. Also, convenient location within walking distance to broadway. Valet parking was easy.
