The best Old Fashioned I have ever had.
Pros:

We were in the rooftop bar having a drink. I asked for an Old Fashioned. Youssef mixed me the best I have ever had. Thank you for the great service . Well done sir.

Pros:

Location was great..couple blocks away from all the action on broadway!

Cons:

Toliet broke around 6am..said maintance wouldn't be there til 8/9am..for a hotel that big you'd think they would have someone there 24/7..

Great Downtown Nashville Hotel

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay! And Stephanie and Daryl at the front desk were patient and extremely helpful to make our stay even more pleasant

A good location and nice room, let down by lack of cleaning.

Our room was not cleaned or towels replaced in the three nights that we stayed. Pool extremely crowded. Long queues for drinks.

I got to walk off lot because of the overpriced parking

The location it was close to a lot of things.

Cons:

I wasn’t told that you had to actually call and request room service. I also did not like being nickel and dime in reference to having to pay separately for parking at a hotel it’s paid for for me to stay in. My company would not do the $80 a night so I had to park almost a mile away and Uber or walk daily twice to get to my vehicle. I don’t think a paying guest should have to pay for parking or if there is an amount they need to pay it should not be $80 a night.

Breakfast was good. Close walking distance to everything

Cons:

They charge way too much for parking.
They reserve too many lounge at the pool, chairs, wanting guest to pay extra. It really limits what’s available without paying more

Best place to stay in downtown Nashville!
Pros:

Great hotel within walking distances of all the county musics sites downtown! Staff was wonderful and focused on providing outstanding customer service. The hotel offers 6 different dining options (to include a complimentary breakfast), rooftop pool, fitness center, and convenient parking options.

The best night ever
Pros:

We stumbled into AC Rooftop just planning for one drink, and stayed all night because Youseef behind the bar and Chef Inna made the whole night feel magic. Drinks were crisp, food was dialed, and that view just tied it all together. We came alive up there, didn’t even want to leave. Five stars, easy.
