The front office receptionists were very attentive and helpful, they know we were from Malaysia, they offer to buy goods from Mei Tuan and help to pay in advance and we pay them back.
Hotel environment very spacious, very clean, room were so spacious, kids love it as they have their own double bed and upper level and parents can enjoy staying at it own bed...
i could said, this is the perfect hotel that i have stayed at China...
The areas is easily to get DiDi and accessible to Santang Streets and Pingjiang Streets.

I didnt like the fact part of my stay was during Labour weekend and the prices were increased 3time for a hotel that was not fully booked

Nice and clean. The stuff was great! You need to visit the nearby tiger hill with pagoda on top. It's a large scenic park, so lovely and a lot of photo spots!
A bit far from city center, but ok if you take a taxi.

Location was great, could reach Lingering gardens on foot. Staff was friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Breakfast was correct and offered some nutritious food.
The room's sound proofing wasn't the best.

Lovely modern hotel. Super clean too. Very helpful front-of-house. One very patient young man guided us through how to navigate and use our app for the subway. Breakfast was really good and caters for both Chinese and western tastes.
The hotel is a tad away from Suzhou's buzz, so you need to be ready to jump in a Didi or hop on the subway. The surrounding location is not especially ambient. That said, we did indeed walk to a nearby park on May Day and had a ball. The subway is walkable too. It's just that the hotel doesn't spill out into anything especially beautiful or historic. But that said, it doesn't take much to access old town Suzhou. Maybe alittle distance is a good thing.
It is close to Suzhou station, only 10 mins drive.
There is 24/7 laundry facilities, both for washing and drying.
The hotel is clean and it has lifts.
The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable.
If you are taking high speed rail that stops at Suzhou South, then it is 40 mins drive.
It is not within walking distance to tourist attractions.
The hotel is not close to subway station.

Die Lage zu den Gärten in Suzhou ist gut. Außerdem lernt man viel über die Wohnviertel dort und geht dort essen , wo Chinesen nach Feierabend essen gehen. Sehr großzügige Unterkunft!
