The bathroom fan would click on and run every 30 seconds for 10 seconds, all night long. Needed earplugs to block it. The fridge had a working light but did not actually work to cool things. The a/c unit needs filter cleaning, perhaps, as the smell was terribly musty when it ran. Soiled walls in the room. Considering the price, I expected more.

while the rooms were for the most part clean, they could benefit from a little attention. The walls were a bit dirty in places, the lighting in the entrance vanity area was not great. Also it would have been preferable to be able to turn the balcony lights off at night as they are very bright. We would have loved to be able to sit and look at the night sky but it wasn't possible due to the light pollution. Also the light kept the room a bit bright even with the room darkening curtains. These are minor things, but for a 4-star and for the price we paid, I would have expected a bit more attention to detail in these areas. Also, the pool side beds were an issue. For 3 of our 5.5 days we had no access to a pool side seat of any kind. Even with signage people placed towels early morning even though they did not attend the pool until several hours later. Also ground floor rooms with dedicated sun beds, still used the other beds leaving theirs unoccupied and unable to be used by others. Staff did not assist in deterring this behaviour which meant those not on a ground floor did not have seating. This was really our biggest issue as I specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool but was unable to use it for a large portion of our trip. This may seam silly as the sea was also right there, but we did not want to have to rent seaside seats or spend the entire day on the beach. We wanted to be able to go out to the beach for a bit then spend time relaxing by the pool. Unlike the others, we did not put towels down, then go to the beach for two hours, taking up chairs we were not using. I would really suggest stocking up on sun beds. There was plenty of room to add several more. I would also recommend more umbrellas as everyone was racing for the beds that had them. 4 sun umbrellas is not enough. They could have had umbrellas set up in the grassy area as well. Overall we were happy with the stay, and we would return if we knew some of these minor issues were...

Restaurante, poca comida para niños, así como poca variedad, y la limpieza de habitaciones muy floja!
