It was okay,
Pros:

The breakfast was good!

Cons:

Did not have shampoo conditioner or slippers robe. The room had no extra no Kleenex.

Pros:

Convenient location for my needs

Cons:

Inflexible when I informed them I needed to leave one day early. Told me to contact Booking.com to make the change. Booking.com told me to discuss with the hotel! an impossible loop and I did not have the time to argue and so I ended up being charged for a night I didn't need...will reconsider future bookings that way. Hotel has to, at the end of the day, be responsible for charges.

Clean, little outdated but comfortable stay.
Maybe upgrade coffee availability and replace the coffee makers in the room. Parking is kinda a nightmare especially on weekends

Great!
Pros:

I liked everything about this property it was clean throughout the building. It offer us the space we needed. I enjoyed the food especially the raspberry fruit mix topping.

Pros:

Great location in downtown, easy to walk to all bars, restaurants, and shops. Parking was a breeze in the free lot connected to hotel.
