I'm very happy with my choice of this hotel and I would definately stay there again.
Pros:

The location was perfect for me. I was not able to take advantage of the breakfast amenity.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like about it. The other guests were pleasant and personable. There was a nice area with a bar and snacks to purchase. And, I also appreciated that even though there were lots of people sitting by the bar area, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and there was a quiet temperance in the space overall.

Happy to recommend Hyatt Place Royal Oak
Pros:

Great experience. Cute area with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hotel was clean, and check-in was easy. Staff were personable and friendly.

Great weekend
Pros:

Great place to stay just outside the city. We arrived for a family wedding celebration and the hotel was perfectly located for tons of restaurants and entertainment

Pros:

We loved that we could walk downtown to find food and reach our destination at the Mark Ridleys Comedy Castle. Also there was a wide spread of breakfast options and the staff were very good about replenishing and replacing items as they were getting low. The staff over all were very nice and helpful throughout our entire stay.

Cons:

The elevators were a bit creaky so to someone who’s scared of elevator's I’d say be weary.

Perfect Hotel just outside Detroit
Pros:

Great, clean hotel in Royal Oak. Safe neighbourhood, lots of restaurants close by, easy access to downtown (about 20-25 min drive).

Great Spot to Stay
Pros:

Perfectly placed in Royal Oak, food, etc. within walking distance. Rooms are always clean and ready when I arrive, and the staff is always responsive and helpful. Very hard to beat that combination.
