Good value for money in the heart of Perth/Northbridge.
Pros:

Excellent location for a night out in Perth. Clean, confortable room with good facilities and a very good buffet breakfast. Likewise, very good value for money relative to other hotels in the city.

Cons:

The beds and the pillows were confortable although my mattress is a bit harder than what I am used to. Still provided me with a good night's sleep. The hotel is located across the road from a couple of local businesses that might give visitors the wrong impression, as WA locals this did not bother us.

I’d like my whole day refunded. I’ve had to inconveniently go rebook somewhere very expensive to last minute. Never had

I was a victim of a theft of $9,000. The manager’s response was extremely abrupt and unprofessional. This was particularly concerning given my previous expenditure of $5,000 and the fact that a cleaner had removed the safe’s contents without incident. I have filed a police report and the police are currently investigating the matter. I am awaiting further actions to recover my funds. I would not recommend this manager to your company. His unprofessional conduct is a significant detriment to the business and contributed to my decision to leave.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location with a lot of restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Access to the hotel is not the best. It’s a very busy area which meant that there was limited parking and the parking stations are a bit of a walk from the hotel
