excellent location, bang in the middle of the downtown bustling area a lot of options for food and drinks nearby.

Excellent all staff very professional and friendly from start to finish
Pros:

Very good, nice variety, caters for all. Table set up and decor very professional.Staff very accommodating

Cons:

Something I did notice in the main room the desk chair behind the arms the leather on the back of the upright was frayed from rubbing on the desk.Also bin in bathroom is all dented could be changed out perhaps. Nothing major and did not detract from our stay,just something I noticed.

Nice area I feel not sure for 5 star.
Pros:

It nice room but to small for us. I look at the booking.com website it look very nice but when I go there it ok. Nice area to walk around.

Cons:

I thought customers service need to more welcome the guests, and smile more, it nice but not find that amazing place, I thought you should have car park in the hotel but I have to find car park. Didn’t have tooth pasta or tooth bush. The rope is to big.
