Great spot to stay in the heart of Northbridge and will stay again
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was good size and nice big bed.

Cons:

Bed a bit hard and the aircon worked but was still a bit too warm for me

Pretty ok, but not as enjoyable and relaxing as it should have been
Pros:

Location, ease of check in. Was pleasantly surprised about being given chocolate on account of it being my birthday.

Cons:

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, but when we asked about it, we were told that if too much steam set of the alarm we would be charged $2500 even if it was on accident. This lead us to feel stressed about using the shower as to not want to be charged $2500 on my birthday.

room was pretty nice and comfy. location was great, close to restaurants, cafes and even some attractions. very easy to reach using the central train station of Perth.

Pros:

breakfast is so good, the staffs are very nice and helpful, location is just perfect, good restaurants are nearby, extremely recommended

that the staff can't find me and my friends connecting room as I wished, but no problem at all..
