スタッフも親切でした。自転車旅だったけど、また利用したいですね。
Pros:

朝食が良かった。日本人向けかな。非常に落ち着いて良いメニューだった。７階の大浴場も良かった。

Cons:

一点だけ、部屋に入ったところの入り口上の換気口？の清潔感が若干残念だった。たまたま、気づいたので・・・

特別感があった旅
Pros:

部屋が広く、ゆったりできた。レストランの席の予約もスタッフの方がやってくれて落ち着いた夜を過ごす事が出来た。

思った以上の居心地感
Pros:

スタッフさんの対応が丁寧で素晴らしい
ユニットバスは広くてよかったです
また、アイスペールがルームサービスなんでびっくり　素晴らしいです、何階かに製氷機が設置してありセルフサービスが当然の感覚だったので

Cons:

大浴場がちょい狭くて古さを感じました、
部屋のWiFi登録プレートの上に髪の毛があったのでちょい残念でした

良かった
Pros:

琵琶湖沿いでロケーション最高です
最上階の大浴場もよかった（雨の為　露天・ジャグジー風呂が少し残念でした）
また、朝食も地元の料理が味わえました

Cons:

特にありません（少しホテル代金が高いかな）
