Struttura in ottima posizione, aperta sulle montagne e arredata con gusto. consiglio assolutamente la camera sulla cascata che ha una terrazza eccezionale, circondata da colibrì a tutte le ore del giorno e una vista incredibile. Colazioni abbondanti e ottime

dipendi dai mezzi (costosi) per raggiungere e tornare dal paese. a volte lo staff è poco collaborativo e hai la sensazione di disturbarlo (dipendi da loro perchè sei isolato).
come transfer per / da santa marta si possono trovare soluzioni molto più economiche rispetto a quella standard fornita dalla struttura

Wonderful once in a lifetime experience
Pros:

Beautiful property in the jungle. Natural reserve provides shelter to rescue animals. Very quiet and calm. Staff very helpful and friendly. Ideal for families with kids.

Minca oasis
Pros:

Great rooms with beautiful views across the valley with macaws at sunrise and sunset and all day hummingbirds - walking distance to the falls, great food and exceptional service from Daniel and his team. We spent 3 nights with no need to go into Minca town.

Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility, the quietness, the stunning beauty of the surrounding flora and fauna, the closet proximity to the Marinka Falls, and the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. The facilities are extremely well kept. The set-up we're nicer than we expected. We spent alot of time on the balcony watching the birds and listening to nearby waterfall. But above all, the staff's hospitality was excelente. We celebrates a wedding aniversary here and all of the staff made the evening very special. We can't thank them enough!

Pros:

Beautiful setting, amazing views. Hammock, yoga mat, many exotic birds. Amazing place to relax.

Lovely nature stay near two beautiful waterfalls.
Pros:

The seating of the hotel is beautiful! So many birds and surrounded by nature. Staff was helpful and even though they had put us in a room inferior to what we had booked, they compensated by giving us two separate rooms for the night.

Cons:

The menu is very limited and not the highest quality.

Hotel midden in de natuur
Pros:

Wat een heerlijke locatie om bij te komen en te genieten van de natuur. Omringd met kolibries en warm ontvangen door het personeel. We hebben zowel lunch als diner hier gegeten en was goed.

Nous avons TOUT adoré de notre séjour avec nos deux jeunes enfants ( 3 et 6 ans)

Expérience unique au milieu de la forêt tropicale. Une vue spectaculaire de notre logement avec la visite de paons, de perroquets, de canard , sans compter tous les colibris qui venaient s’appreuver directement sur notre galerie.

La nourriture est excellente !! Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux. Un vrai petit coin de paradis . A noter que c’est relativement profond en montagne, prévoir un transport en 4x4 à l’entrée du village de Minca (entre 35-40$/ cad)

Beautiful place in the middle of the nature. They have a lot of rescued animals there and you wake up with hummingbirds on the balcony everyday. Ideal place for nature lovers with beautiful views from the balcony.

Le cadre est effectivement superbe : chambre spacieuse et confortable, vue magnifique, proximité immédiate des cascades. La cuisine est de bonne qualité et le personnel en salle est professionnel et attentif.

Cons:

Malheureusement, l’expérience globale a été fortement entachée par de sérieux problèmes d’information et de relation client.

Avant notre arrivée, il nous a été indiqué que l’accès à l’hôtel nécessitait un 4x4 type SUV, ce qui est faux. La piste est extrêmement difficile, accidentée et nécessite un véhicule très haut type Jeep. Notre SUV a patiné et a frotté à de nombreux endroits sous la caisse, générant un stress important et des inquiétudes légitimes concernant l’état du véhicule.

Une fois arrivés péniblement à l’hôtel, nous avons alerté le responsable sur les risques de cette piste, et l’incohérence entre la description de Booking et la réalité du terrain. Nous lui avons également souligné que nous avions payé un coût supplémentaire substantiel pour louer un 4x4 au lieu d’une voiture classique, et lui avons fait part de notre état de stress et de notre totale incompréhension par rapport aux informations envoyées. D’ailleurs, aucune autre voiture de client n’était garée dans le parking de l’hôtel : tous avaient choisis de rester dans la ville la plus proche (Minca) et de monter en jeep-taxi.

Le responsable n’a manifesté aucune compassion ni compréhension, et s’est borné à nous inviter à nous « calmer », sans rien dire de plus.
Son attitude distante, sans aucune empathie et peu soucieuse de notre situation nous a profondément déçus.

Autre point préoccupant : la présence d’animaux présentée sous un angle “rescue”. Le concept manque de transparence. Si certains animaux semblent évoluer dans un environnement adapté, les conditions de détention d’autres (notamment les singes et la biche, enfermés dans des enclos très petits) nous ont semblé très limitées en espace. Il nous a été indiqué que les singes-araignée leur avaient été confiés car ils n’étaient pas adaptés à l’environnement de la Sierra Nevada, quid d’un programme pour les envoyer vers un habitat plus adapté plutot que de les garder dans une cage si petite pour toujours ?

Dit is echt een klein paradijsje! De omgeving is ongelofelijk mooi, de kamers hebben lekkere bedden, zijn mooi ingericht, er is een superlekker ontbijt, en er werken ongelofelijk lieve en behulpzame mensen. Alles kan geregeld worden: vervoer, massages, was. We hebben ontzettend genoten!

Cons:

Little over priced for what you get. Breakfast small. No refillable water despite being "eco" conscious. More focused on money than being eco. Room could have been cleaner.
