Camera nel complesso e pulizia
Sicuramente il problema numero 1 riscontrato è la colazione , essendo celiaco non posso mangiare senza glutine ma da una catena come ibis mi aspettavo più attenzione al cliente e a una patologia alimentare. Completa impreparazione ne alternativa senza glutine nella colazione, volevo segnalare all'hotel che chi ha problemi senza glutine ha bisogno di cibo non contaminato da altri cibi, pertanto separato. La mescolanza di cibi di tipo asiatico peggiora la situazione , la piscina inoltre deludente diciamo che è stata una scelta errata a parte la grandezza della camera.. per un europeo non lo consiglierei. È perfetto per una clientela asiatica ma non italiana.. mi spiace ma il mio commento è la realtà del nostro soggiorno un punteggio di 4.5 è più che alto per il soggiorno , completa inoltre la richiesta di rimborso della colazione che dopo 28 giorni non è ancora arrivato...

エレベーターの基数の待ち時間が少し長かった。
Close to the city center, close to the petronas twin towers, close to KLCC mall. On top of that very friendly staff very kind they even gave me a birthday cake to my room to celebrate my birthday. I will definitely reconsider staying again in Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Center again.
