Like the cleaniness
1.The front office staff should inform us about the parking fares during we check in.
I use my own credit to pay the parking fee..once i pay i FO staff,she told me that when everytime we go out,we shud inform FO.i not aware about this during check in.
2.Also our water bottle was empty,housekeeping shud double check before handover the room to check in.
3.Breakfast choices was good but,can be more hot or warm.most of dishes quite cold.
