Hôtel bien situé. À proximité de restaurants, commerces et sites à visiter. Tours Petronas accessibles à pied.
Chambre propre et bien équipée. Conciergerie disponible pour les arrivées précoces ou départs tardifs.
Petit-déjeuner et restaurants corrects.

Cons:

Décoration globale de l'hôtel un peu vieillissant.
Piscine très petite.

Pros:

Le lit était confortable, l’hôtel était bien placé proche des tours Petronas.

Cons:

Le personnel est mal organisé, nous arrivons à l’hôtel il y a du monde on fait la queue, le réceptionniste Hakim fait passer quelqu’un d’autre avant nous qui était arrivé il y a 3 minutes malgré notre attente depuis facile 25min.
Les chambres sont nettoyées à la va vite durant les 3 jours le sol n’était pas aspiré. Nous donnons à laver nos 2 grandes et 2 petites serviettes, à notre retour ils nous déposent uniquement 2 petites.

Séjour parfait pour passer quelques jours sur KL

Me gustó mucho el edificio y la zona donde estaba, buena ubicación a un precio razonable. La piscina en la azotea, un baño espectacular.
Buena habitación.

Cons:

La ducha un poco deteriorada. La distribución de la habitacion no era muy buena.
Al igual que la ducha, algunos aspectos del hotel no estaban perfectamente cuidados, como los gresites de la piscina, faltaban unos cuantos.
El desayuno buffet, no muy allá.
