clean rooms, nice pool with a view

Cons:

customer service was really bad! we checked in a day after our initial check in date, and didn't get a room. came back 3hrs later and was asked to start the process again and wait another 3hrs!!
The lobby is too busy you could get lost not knowing where to start. no reception signage or staff to direct or assist you. They could do better.

Value for money hotel at good location.
Pros:

In my opinion, this is a great hotel for both business and leisure travel, and definitely value for money. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are neat, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast is good too. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for work or vacation.

Convenient, but except during peak hours, traffic is bad
