The staff was wonderful and super welcoming! Loved the facilities, the onsen super nice and relaxing after a long day of walking! Location is also perfect, right in the heart of Ginza, and 3 min from metro stations!

F/p dengesi yerindeydi, temiz ve yardımsever insanlarla dolu bir oteldi. Yatak konusunda hassasiyetiniz varsa dikkat

Çalışanlar çoook kibar, kahvaltı çok lezzetli (donates çorbası harika) ve yeterliydi. Kiverdikleri kimonolar güzeldi. Otelin konumu metrolara genel olarak 10 dakikaydı, sıcakta yürümekte zorlandık biraz. Ginza civarında ılması çok güzeldi. Her türlü mağazanın ginza şubesi mevcut, shibuya gibi hıncahınç insan dolu değil. Tertemiz ve nezih bir semt belli.

Cons:

Yatak sertti, çamaşır yıkama makinelerinden 3 tane vardı, boş denk getirmekte zorlandık. Otel odası dar ama tabi tokyo için normal.
