Pros:

Location. tidy.

Cons:

It been noisy. Renovation going on. Big and heavy stuffs for the renovation was shared among the guest. The window is too near to the next building (literally can leap over) and the curtain provided is translucent, whenever the opposite turn on the light, it affect my sleep.

아침식사는 안해서 모르지만 숙소 위치는 굉장히 만족스럽습니다. 물론, 히가시긴자역에서 나리타공항까지 직통이 열리는 시간대가 아니어서 아쉽지만 숙소 자체만으로 보면 굉장히 만족스럽고 후에 도쿄를 다시 가게된다면 또 방문하고 싶어지네요. 제가 영어를 잘 못하지만 어떻게든 이해하려고 하시는 직원들의 모습이 매우 아름답습니다. 감사합니다

아쉬운 것이라고 하면 무료 어메니티에 샤워 타월이 있긴한데 (info 정보에도 있는데) 첫 날엔 어메니티 보관소에서 못찾아서 못썼네요. 웹사이트 정보에 샤워 타월은 프론트에서 요청하면 준다고 써주면 좋겠습니다

The location is great: the staff are very pleasant and helpful - couldn’t be nicer.

Good value for what you get
Pros:

Convenient location close to 2 metro stations, convenience stores, bars and shops. Rooms are sparkling clean, however the size it tiny, typical for Tokyo. Onsen in the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Although the hotel is not flexible on early check-in/late check-out, they provide free luggage storage which is helpful if you arrive early as we did.

Cons:

Room size is small, no flexibility on early check-in unless you're willing to pay extra.

Overall, still good location.
Pros:

Never really interacted with the staff except for check in n check out.
Room was good for 1 person.
But it was a nice walk to Ginza via the side lanes.

Cons:

The entrance to the hotel was a little challenging.
If you have big luggage to haul over to the side walk from where the car alights us on the main road.
