便利なモダンなホテルで快適宿泊。
Pros:

歩いて銀座や周辺に行けて便利だった。ランドリーが有って便利だった。浴場もあり良かった。スタッフはフレンドリーでチャックインも早く済み良かった。

服を収納するスペースがない、部屋が狭い。

Très bien placé, propre, laundry
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé dans le quartier de Ginza, très propre, personnel agréable, laundry accessible ce qui est très pratique

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés avant le Check in de 15h après 20h de voyage. Nous avons demandé si une des chambres était prête et sans regarder il nous a été dit que non. Nous sommes revenus passer 2 jours à la fin de notre séjour au Japon et nous avons redemandé si une chambre était disponible on a eu la même réaction. Il faut croire que c’est la politique de l’hôtel. Dans tous les hôtels il nous a été proposé spontanément une chambre plus tôt quand cela était possible. Nous pensons que c’est un vrai service à proposer à des clients et d’autant plus quand ils ont 20h de vol et une personne de 82 ans avec eux. Sinon tout était vraiment très bien

La ubicación es excelente, el hotel es muy bonito, y el desayuno es bastante bueno
