Pros:

バスとトイレがセパレートでしかも広かった。
早過ぎる到着でしたが、部屋へ案内していただけました。

Clean, great location!
Pros:

Great location, comfortable/ firm beds, super helpful staff, clean. And they lent us umbrellas! We are booking here on our way back to Tokyo.

A good Place to Stay in Tokyo-Ginza
Pros:

Price ratio is well. Location is very good so you could reach to Metro easily so you could go further areas or you could prefer walking to attraction places without any hesitation. Bed are adequately enough in comfort.

Cons:

Rooms are quite small so you should be aware of that you don't have enough space to turn around in the room. Pool doesn't seem to be so clean so I prefer sitting not swimming. But bath areas are quite good to have a bath. Breakfast are optional and not traditional not international, caught right in the middle.

A wonderful hotel - our second time staying
Pros:

We stayed here last time we came to Tokyo and were pleased to rebook at this hotel again.
Great location, really excellent for food, shopping and travel to the airport. The hotel has lovely facilities, an onsen which I enjoyed every day, and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room is clean and standard size for Tokyo hotels. The hotel team were exceptionally helpful when my husband became ill on our last night and we needed to go to the hospital and also extend our length of stay. They made things simple and were very accommodating. Really grateful to them!

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like.
