Pros:

Zentrale Lage in angenehmer Gegend, komfortable Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, guter Service.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas eng für 2x Koffer, was für Tokio sicherlich aber normal ist. Daher keine Kritik, sondern eher Hinweis für andere Reisende!

地點方便，服務人員熱心的友善飯店
Pros:

離東銀座站不遠，要移到往其他地方或是到羽田成田都很方便。雙床+一張沙發床，房間空間還可以，長條型的房間(所以有些設計問題在下面會說)。冰箱是透明的(但沒有冷凍)，門口有一張snow peak的露營椅可以當穿鞋椅(?)。
飯店外國人很多(日本人反而少)，服務人員英文很能溝通又熱心。我們提早放行李到飯店，因為我和小孩要去血拼，老公晚一點要回飯店check-in工作，又不能提前check-in手續完成，很擔心的跟服務人員說半天，接待的小姐姐說不用擔心她會在，他不在也會交接給同事。然後晚上小孩看電視一直出問題，另一位服務人員也上來認真處理。住了四天，真的很謝謝他們全部人的服務。
2F有自助寄行李的locker、三台洗脫烘洗衣機、微波爐、販賣機，也有暴走旅人需要的大浴場，洗卸保養用品都有，女生有一室內一半戶外浴池(沒甚麼景但有新鮮空氣)，吹風機是Dyson的。男生那邊老公抱怨只有室內池，吹風機也不是Dyson。但是共通特色是洗澡位置和洗臉台數量都不多(女生那邊多一點，男生就三四個)，浴池也不大。

Cons:

房間的設計很待改善。因為是長條形房間，為了最大利用空間，把廁所、洗手台和浴室分別設在同一側的靠牆和靠門處，所以上完廁所要洗手，得穿越一整個房間，到另一側浴室門口洗手XD。然後房間雖然有開冷氣，但房間濕度不低，洗過的衣服如果沒有仔細吸乾水，到隔天早上都不會乾(我蠶絲內衣從來沒有這樣過)。另外門口有空間放露營椅，為什麼不改成一個開放式衣櫃?架個橫槓和木板，課程要掛外套等衣物也方便，如果有洗衣服更可以在那邊晾曬，因為浴室沒有收納式曬衣繩。
房間沒有電話@@，要聯絡服務人員要到電梯口，有電話在牆上。
最後，電視和遙控器反應比較遲鈍，服務人員說是因為電視老舊，他們有跟管理人員說，但是還沒有換。

6. 냉장고 온도가 다른 호텔에 비해 낮음
7. 로비에 펍이 있어 항상 사람이 많고 분위기가 좋음
8. 공용세탁, 헬스머신3대, 무료락커 있음
9. 유럽투숙객이 많아 대중탕이 붐비지 않음
10. 가족단위 투숙객이 많음
11. 어메니티(칫솔 등) 엘리베이터 옆에 가득 놓여있어서 필요한만큼 가져가서 쓸 수 있음
12. 고층에 뷰 좋은 방을 사전에 요청했는데 요청내용대로 객실 제공받음(대기업뷰)
13. 대로변 위치 & 옆에 24시간 규동집이 있어서 밤에도 밝은 느낌

Cons:

1. 침대가 불편함. 매트리스가 꺼진 느낌..
2. 메이크업 공간이 불편함(디럭스 더블룸 기준)
3. 방에 로비 연결 전화기가 없음(수건 요청도 로비에서)
4. 히가시긴자A1에서 약간 거리가 있지만(도보 10분) 그 덕분에 밤에 도로가 조용한듯

Comfortable Ginza stay
Pros:

Clean and functional. Close to eateries and shops. Small but plenty of room to store luggage and get around. Comfortable beds with 2 choices of pillow.

Cons:

Curtains don't block out much light.
