I booked 3beds and 2 beds, but they provided only 2 beds in each rooms. When i asked booking. Com provide to us only 2 bed rooms for 2 numbers. You collected 3 beds charges. This is not fair. Kindly reply me or refund the one bed changes to my account.

It was an extremely disappointing and pathetic experience staying at this property. We had specifically booked a triple occupancy bigger room through Booking.com, but upon arrival, the hotel staff claimed they had only received a request for double occupancy. Instead of the larger room we had paid for, we were given a very small, smelly, and uncomfortable room, bathroom fittings were broken , not even basic amenities were provided.
We repeatedly showed them the Booking.com confirmation screenshot clearly mentioning triple occupancy and the bigger room category, but neither the hotel staff nor the FabHotel support team made any effort to resolve the issue. Their response throughout was simply, “We can’t do anything.”
After travelling the entire day, we reached the hotel around 10:30 PM and were completely exhausted, leaving us with no option but to stay. We even requested that if an extra bed was not possible, at least provide one extra pillow — but shockingly, even that basic request was refused.
Mr. Pradeep, the night shift manager, was extremely rude, arrogant, and highly unprofessional. Instead of helping guests, he bluntly told us to leave the hotel if we were unhappy. Such behaviour is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry.
Because of the negligence and mismanagement between Booking.com and the hotel, we suffered for two nights in terrible conditions. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, and after this incident, we would never want to book through Booking.com again.

Hopeless hotel , very rude staff, in booking.com it's mentioned that upto 17 years its children but here they made us pay extra for 15 year old with a very rude tone and untidy hotel

The receptionist was honest and admitted the goofuo made by fab group who are external booking agents .
The place was totally different from what was promised on bookings.com. You should ban the fab group as they are taking the booking making false promises. I had booked a triple executive room that said 1 big double bed and a single cot along side. In reality, it was a normal room with a small extra matress on the floor. The room was small. There was no restaurant at the hotel as claimed. They got food from outside . We took the premium option and we cheated. The staff at the reception was an honest man. He said they often get cases like this and that they are going to end the tie up with fab hotels.
Surprisingly, the contact number of the hotel was not provided. When we contacted the fab helpline, they said they cannot share the contact number unless booking is made. I desperately tried calling them for the hotel number after booking, the IVR just didnt respond. We were travelling on NH and reached the hotel at 11.30 pm.
I strongly recommend that booking.com should drop the listing of fab hotels as they are misleading customers.
