Great short stay!
Pros:

Nice, quiet place. Dog friendly. Very tasty food from the restaurant! A lot of space for parking.

завтрак очень хороший. Очень удобное место для путешествия на машине проездом ,чтоб не заезжать в город и толкаться в пробках. Хороший ресторан

It was okay.
Pros:

There is convenient parking available and the breakfast was nice. Overall, it is fine for a one-night stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the doors and walls are not soundproofed, so you can hear other guests in the next room and the hallway.

Dobre śniadania i udogodnienia dla rodzin nie zrekompensowały braku materaca w łóżeczku dziecięcym oraz niedbałości o st
Pros:

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam mieszanie. Na plus zdecydowanie zasługują duży parking, smaczne śniadania, możliwość zabrania kawy na wynos po śniadaniu, miła i pomocna obsługa, a także niewielki, ale bardzo przydatny plac zabaw dla dzieci. Dodatkowym atutem była wanna w pokoju, co przy podróży z dziećmi jest dużym udogodnieniem.

Cons:

Niestety, bardzo rozczarowało nas podejście hotelu do kwestii łóżeczka dziecięcego. Po raz pierwszy od kilku lat podróżowania z dzieckiem otrzymaliśmy łóżeczko bez materaca – wyposażone jedynie w stelaż i pościel. Co więcej, sam stelaż był uszkodzony. Po pierwszym zgłoszeniu problemu na recepcji nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej informacji zwrotnej, dlatego po około 30 minutach ponownie udałam się na recepcję. Wówczas usłyszałam, że hotel nie dysponuje materacami do łóżeczek i że taki jest ich standard. Trudno jednak uznać za standard miejsce do spania dla dziecka składające się wyłącznie z twardego stelaża. Na pytanie, czy pracownik sam spałby w takich warunkach (bez materaca), otrzymałam jedynie odpowiedź, że moje uwagi zostaną przekazane kierownictwu.

Dodatkowo hotel wymaga większej dbałości o szczegóły i stan techniczny pokoi. W łazience widoczne były ślady przecieków na suficie, czarne fugi wymagały dokładnego wyczyszczenia, a na ścianie wisiała ramka z pozostawionym szablonem z IKEA zamiast właściwej ilustracji.

Największym rozczarowaniem pozostaje jednak kwestia zapewnienia bezpiecznego i komfortowego miejsca do spania dla dziecka oraz sposób rozwiązania zgłoszonego problemu. Jest to sytuacja, z którą nie spotkaliśmy się w żadnym innym hotelu w Polsce czy zagranicą podczas naszych rodzinnych wyjazdów.

Szkoda, ponieważ inne hotele sieci Mercure, które odwiedzaliśmy, pozostawiły po sobie bardzo dobre wrażenie. Niestety po tym doświadczeniu raczej nie zdecydujemy się na ponowny pobyt w tym obiekcie.

Парковка на территории отеля, детская игровая площадка на улице и игровая рядом с рестораном. Номера просторные.

Cons:

Мы с семьёй не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Всегда было все хорошо, но в этот раз в номере не работали розетки и осветительные приборы.
