Solo para el invierno, jamás en época de calor

la ubicación es muy céntrica, y la idea de las suites es buena

Cons:

su personal de recepción no está capacitado para brindar servicio al cliente, literal son guardias que ni saben que hacen ahí, sus instalaciones ya están viejas y lo más importante, no tienen Aire acondicionado las habitaciones, ni la posibilidad de abrir ventanas porque tampoco tienen mosquiteros y se meten los moscos.

Pedimos unos ventiladores y nos los negaron porque ya no tenían, cómo no van a tener suficientes, el calor fue horrible y en general no la pasamos muy bien, definitivamente no vuelvo.

Great location, clean facilities, nice staff, good price.
Pros:

It was really excellent with location, close to parks and museums, very safe! 24/7 staff at the front desk who open the locked gate. Nice and quiet, comfortable bed, had a little kitchenette and plenty of room. Gorgeous!

Cons:

We didn't realize they cleaned daily because it said on the back of the door info poster that it was only certain times a week so and they moved some towels and clothes that we wouldn't ideally have wanted touched. Not their fault just miscommunication! If you care about carbon monoxide de

Hôtel pour facturer, non pour accueillir

L'emplacement était bien, l'arrivée à 3h du matin à cause de mon vol tardif à l'aéroport NLU (je ne recommande pas)

Cons:

J'ai réservé 4 nuits par erreur au lieu de 3, car mon vol partait à minuit. J'ai demandé à l'hôtel pour changer la réservation en supprimant une nuit et peut-être avoir un minime de compensation mais la dame à l'accueil n'était pas du tout arrangeante, disant qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire. Par contre ils ont rapidement fermé ma réservation quand je suis parti et tout de suite après l'ont donné à quelqu'un qui a payé 80€ la nuit, plus l'argent de ma réserve. Des gens malhonnêtes que je ne recommande pas surtout en période de coupe de monde au Mexique.
Côté chambre : lit qui fait énormément voire trop du bruit, il faut maintenir les fenêtres fermées tout le temps car sinon on est vu par les voisins, aucune vue extérieure, douche très vieille avec très peu d'eau, frigo qui fait trop de bruit.
