Für Kurzaufenthalt OK
Pros:

Die Bilder versprechen etwas mehr, als dann real zu sehen ist. Die barock wirkende Einrichtung ist aber ganz schön. Auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, nur einen sehr engen und unschönen Treppenaufgang, wo man mit größeren Koffern gerade so durchkommt. Wir hatten eine Wohnung in der 3. Etage komplett ohne Küchenzeile oder Küchenzubehör, das ist bei der Buchung über booking.com nicht richtig klar geworden.

Pros:

Locație confortabila, într-o zonă liniștită, curtea interioară îngrijită crează o atmosferă plăcută. Camerele sunt spațioase și dotate cu toate cele necesare. Deși unii oaspeți înțeleg că, in concediu se pot manifesta precum niște animale ( in ceea ce privește tulburarea liniștii la ore târzii in noapte), totuși ne-am putut odihnii, semn că pereții sunt foarte bine izolați fonic și estompează semnificativ tropăielile, trântelile, urletele primatelor neevoluate. Comunicarea cu gazdele a fost ok.

Înainte de a plăti online, am vorbit cu administratorul (o doamnă) la telefon, de vreo 3 ori. Ba chiar ma sunat doamna înapoi atunci când nu a putut răspunde. Înainte de a plăti, am stabilit cu administratorul că pentru orice problemă ne auzim la telefon. După ce am plătit, am crezut că a murit. Nu a mai răspuns la telefon, la mesaje, până când am plecat. Codul de acces îl transmite după ora 15 (te ține în șah). Am vrut factură. Am primit factura după ce am eliberat camera (după 2 zile). Eu așa zic: după ce plătesc,îmi dai factură, nu când vrei tu. La prețul de 900 lei pe noapte: apa minerală 20 lei, un suc (mic) 20 lei. Pentru 2 nopți: 2 pliculețe de cafea, 2 pliculețe de zahăr, fără completare minibar și fără curățenie. Se laudă că au parcare gratis. FALS. Dacă ai noroc și găsești ceva liber prin apropiere bine, dacă nu, faci ture prin Constanța de behăi. Una peste alta : camera super iar administratorul NESIMȚIT.

Feel like a queen in this Royal apartment
Pros:

everything was over expectations: location is excellent, outside garden, inside all is like a castle, as per the name, Royal and feels royal.

Cons:

If you have big trolley, just take care of the stairs, there is no elevator and some rooms are in second floor on a snail staircase, that might be uncomfortable but for me was no issue. The stair is clean and comfy.
