Great location foe Touring around the lakes.
Pros:

On arrival, due to it being my wife's birthday we got upgraded to a very large and spacious suite/apartment, which was a fantastic bonus. The situation is brilliant with easy access the the national parks. Staff were attentive and we had a very pleasant dining experience. Highly recommended.

Cons:

There was one member of staff who was very loud in her speaking voice and in the evening whilst she was playing cards with other members of staff, became very excitable/noisy and I had to tell them to turn the volume down as I couldn't hear what my wife was saying sitting next to me!

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by mountains and forest. It is a very peaceful place with a great atmosphere. We chose this hotel for one night before visiting the Plitvice Lakes. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking mountain views that made the experience unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel

However, in my opinion, a good hotel should at least provide water in the rooms. Also, the food in the restaurant was very disappointing - unfortunately, all three dishes we ordered were not tasty.
