Very clean up to date.
Although I asked several times our rooms were not next door which was difficult with kids in different rooms. We also thought our room would have a double pull out but it was only a single which wasn't great for 2 kids.
Everything was great. Fantastic value for money. Great space in the Queen double room we booked. Very friendly and accommodating staff
We were a family of 5 and only 2 bath towels in the room. In saying that, both times we asked for extra we did get them
1. Spacious, clean, and modern rooms with a mini kitchen and comfortable lounging area.
2. Convenient location with ample parking, making it a great stopover when travelling to or from Jasper and Banff.
3. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of tasty options.
4. Water dispenser in the lobby for refilling bottles, which was a thoughtful addition.
5. Coffee machine in the lobby that made great coffee, hot chocolate, and specialty drinks.
6. Good Swimming pool and fitness centre.
6. Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay with good value for money.
1. Housekeeping service was inconsistent. Despite requesting a room cleaning in advance and coordinating with housekeeping, the room was not serviced as promised.
2. The response from the front desk regarding the housekeeping issue lacked empathy and professionalism, which made the interaction disappointing.
3. Mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable.
4. Bathroom & Bedroom lighting was too dim, making it difficult to get ready.
5. No bottled water or kettle provided in the room.
