Ok, aber nichts für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf und jene die es unbedingt sauber haben möchten.
Pros:

Es war ok und günstig

Cons:

Es war sehr hellhörig und nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Ich habe die Schalter und Türklinken, WC erstmal selbst gereinigt.
Einige Sachen sind kaputt und nicht ersetzt.

Schlechteste Unterkunft in meinem Leben
Cons:

Extrem hellhörig, bereits am nachmittag besoffene hotelgäste die im flur rumgebrüllt und gegen die tür geschlagen haben. nicht mal eine nacht dort geblieben und sofort abgehauen! Der Kühlschrank war so dermaßen versüfft und dreckig.

Lage gut, Haus okay und Check-In und Check-Out problemlos am Schalter. Parkplätze vorhanden

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte Spinnweben an der kompletten Decke, schwarz und grau und auch das Glas war definitiv nicht sauber.

Nicht zu empfehlen, da inakzeptabel dreckig!
Cons:

Extrem schmutziges Zimmer, Spinnweben überall, Staub überall, Silberfische an den Wänden und Böden, Toilettengestank. An den Fenstern löst sich der Sichtschutz ab.

Prima verblijf in Xanten met uitstekende prijs/prestatie-verhouding.
Pros:

Op loopafstand van het centrum van Xanten en schuin tegenover een supermarkt. Toen ik kwam was er een technische storing, maar ik werd vriendelijk ontvangen en de check-in ging prima. Een (gratis) parkeerplaats voor de deur. Kamer eenvoudig, maar goed. Heel goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Lekkere koffie beschikbaar op de gang.

Super Lage.
Unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out. Fahrradabstellraum einfach zugänglich.

Cons:

Sehr hellhöriges Gebäude. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären sinnvoll. Handtücher waren zwar sauber aber schon sehr ausgefranst.

WOULD RECOMMEND, ESPECIALLY FOR BIKE RIDERS
Pros:

Was in a great location and easy walking to most things we needed. We had a great room which had an outdoor patio which was solely for our use. Room was small and only big enough for one suitcase but that was fine. The location was quiet as well. Parking was free too. There was a great small garage for bike storage and they had bikes you could hire for 10 euro per day which unfortunately we couldn't use as it was raining.

Cons:

The only thing we can fault is that like many, many other places in Germany the grass and garden looked unloved and needed to be weeded and mowed. The back yard would be nice to sit in but the weeds were as high as the chairs!!!
