Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans.

Since our hotel is located in the shopping district of Shinkyogoku-dori, it is not possible to come directly by car.
If you reach by a taxis, please get off near the entrance of Shinkyogoku-dori on the Shijo-dori side (about 1 minute on foot).
There is no parking lot, but please feel free to contact us as we will guide you to a nearby coin parking lot.
A deposit may be required at the property.

La ubicación es excelente, muy bien comunicada y cerca de todo. El hotel es bonito, moderno y cómodo. Las instalaciones están cuidadas y la estancia en general ha sido agradable

Cons:

La limpieza necesita mejorar considerablemente. Habían pelos en el baño el día que llegamos. mucho polvo acumulado en los muebles de la habitación dando la impresión de que no se había limpiado desde hacía semanas. Para un hotel de esta categoría, esperaba un nivel de limpieza mucho mejor.

Lovely hotel and will do again next time in Toyoto.
Pros:

New, location is so convenient just next to Sou Sou and the shopping street. Lots of restaurants. Love Refa shower-head and hair dryer! We end up bought both and more!

In the middle of it all in Kyoto
Pros:

The location is unbeatable. It's walking distance to pontocho, gion, yasaka, nishiki market and the bus stop is about 3 minutes away from the hotel. It's also located right in a shopping district area. There's a lift by the entrance to help with thw luggages.

Pros:

Great location! Happy hour with sake. Lobby latte machine was appreciated

Cons:

They charged us $12USD for a lost room card key. Front desk staff wasn’t as helpful or friendly as every other hotel we stayed at in Japan - we stayed in 6 other hotels with outstanding front desk service

Excellent location and practical conveniences
Pros:

Very central location, next to the market, washing machine in room, clean hotel, limited room cleaning on request only.

Cons:

A minor detail - the coffee machine broke just before the weekend and did not get fixed for a few days. It was saving us time in the morning so we appreciated it as a service.
