Pros:

Excellent location in Ginza, very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Everything was well organized and the overall experience was very pleasant.

Lovely hotel. Gorgeous, massive bed! Amazing breakfast box. Friendly staff.

No signage to say where to go on arrival. There was a phone and the staff were helpful, but it would have been even better if it were clearer.

Nicht so tolles Hotel in super Lage.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, super Lage

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer; das eine bot gar keinen Ausblick (Milchglas) und das andere auf einem Wand. Wir fanden das Hotel ungemütlich und nicht einladend dort zu verweilen. Die Zimmer waren klein.
