Kevin checked in multiple customers in a professional and friendly manner. He was literally running to facilitate check in as quickly as possible.

I've been charged twice and still waiting for my180 back.

The evening check in staff je left it to the morning staff lady to figurer out the double charge in mess . Still waiting for the 180 bucks back.

Clean but poor staff interactions and overcharged.
Pros:

It was a clean room. And the hotel in general was clean.

Cons:

The hall way smelled like smoke. And they charged me for a room I had already paid for and have made it very difficult to try to fix that. It’s still not fixed.
