Pros:

Loved how clean everything was and how friendly and helpful the staff were. Will definitely be staying here again!

Cons:

The scents were a little strong in the lobby, maybe too much. Maybe tone down on the air freshener 😁

The property was in a good location, good facilities

Cons:

The room was so noisy from 4am. Earplugs provided and still couldn’t sleep. A member of staff took the deposit twice in error, and one month later we have still not received the two deposits back.

Aesthetic hotel with 11/10 service
Pros:

The staff were so helpful this morning- I woke up with a sore throat and called down, asking for a hot water, kettle salt, honey, and lemon and they ran it right up to help me feel better. Thank you for the great service.

Location is 11/10 next to pikes place, we end to climate pledge arena for a Seattle storm game - one of the best professional sports experiences in my life.

Atmosphere is elevated, unique, and super aesthetically pleasing.

lovely stay
Pros:

Perfect hotel! The rooms are comfy, the shower pressure is strong, and the bar and restraint are great. You simply can’t beat the location, right next to Pike Place and also a nice walk to the mariners stadium. 10/10 would recommend

Underwhelmed for the expensive price
Pros:

The hotel was clean.
The room was tiny, smaller than a dorm room I shared with a roommate in college. No microwave, nothing to sit on except the bed or the rickety stool that had no back support. There was a tiny ledge by the sink for just a very few toiletries. We will never stay there again.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, great bar and bar tenders. Perfect location with good value.

Cons:

Room was a bit cramped. Bed against wall so hard to get out of during the night without disturbing partner.

Great hotel in good location
Pros:

This hotel is great and we’d definitely stay here again. Location was perfect, design was great. Amenities in the room were great and there was a comfortable lounge area in the lobby.

Cons:

Couple of weird things with the room - aircon came on really hot in the night. Bathroom sliding door didn’t stay closed. Also the bedside lights were really fiddly to turn on and off. I wouldn’t normally complain but it was really annoying. I would still stay here again.

Loved the boutique feel and eclectic design. Location was perfect!
Pros:

Location across from H Mart and Pike Place Market were perfect for my two day stay between long distance trains. I had to work during this trip and the room was comfortable and location just perfect for taking breaks to walk to the waterfront. Cool interior design as well!

Great location- don't spend too much time in the room!
Pros:

The lobby is lovely and the bar/restaurant downstairs were really nice. The location is amazing which is what you are paying for. There were some nice boutique touches with the quaint furniture and dark green decor in the room.

Cons:

The light system and heat system in the room were weird. We woke up in the night and the room was 80degrees. It was loud. And our room faced a nasty alley where people were going through the garbage in the night. The room is small and dark with a view of the neighboring buildiing's wall. It didn't seem crowded so it would have been nice to have a room with a better view- out front or even interior. There was only 1 robe with a nasty do not take sign that made us worried they would accuse us of stealing the second one but when we asked they said one robe was standard for a double room with 2 people- odd??? And finally- if you go to the trouble to bottle and leave out a bunch of your own hotel special water for almost 400$ for a night please don't charge for the water. Silly....
