Habitación muy pequeña

La habitación era interior y muy pequeña, no tenía ninguna ventana. Solicité cambio pero no fue posible por disponibilidad.

De kamer was klein en er was geen opberg ruimte. Je moest dus uit je koffer leven waardoor er nog minder ruimte was.
Het ontbijt was erg karig. Beetje yoghurt en muesli en papaya of mango. Maar echt Europees was het niet te noemen. Je kon toast krijgen maar daar was dan geen beleg voor.

Hay una obra civil enfrente y toda la noche estuvieron sacando escombros, así que toda la noche, no pudimos dormir bien, aparte desde la 5 am empieza el ruido por el tráfico, los silbatos de tránsito. Aparte no tienen estacionamiento, no vi el anuncio en booking. Nos indicaron dejar el vehículo enfrente y nos despertaron poco antes de la 7am para que moviéramos el auto, pudieron habernos dicho que nos moviéramos a un estacionamiento público, o por lo menos prevenirnos de que nos llamarían. El Wifi no sirve.

Safe didn’t work, staff was very stingy with toilet paper and reluctant to give us a new toilet paper roll which happened twice. Upon checkout staff checked our room and swear we lost a tv remote, that was never there to begin with. Resulting us going back to the room to check, where we told the staff lady, that we never seen the remote. She was persistent there was 3 remotes. After her calling the cleaning lady she stated only 2 remotes were there causing us to check out later then scheduled.

Algo de ruido de la calle, autos.

The WiFi was non-existent during my stay... The initial WiFi details I was given didn't work, I was then told they were doing works to it so I go the reception WiFi details but even those were hit and miss. If I didn't have data connection this would have been a real issue.
Noise levels were surprisingly ok given my room was on the main road, only exception was when a water tank (the loudest things known to man) decided that 7am was a perfectly acceptable time to start working, but that's definitely not the hotel's fault.
The room was very small - this wasn't really a problem as it had a good window and aircon, but it did mean the Aircon was right above the bed which isn't ideal.

Tenía una gotera gigante, toda la noche se escuchaba gotear, cuando despertamos el cuarto estaba inundado y nuestras pertenencias mojadas, casi resbalamos al tratar de limpiar.
Lo comentamos con el encargado pero no nos ofreció ninguna solución o compensación

Las istalaciones de la fontaneria se atascaba constantemente el water

There were no exterior windows for almost all rooms. My room had a private terrace with only a hammock, but there was sewage coming up from the pipe and it constantly smelled like sewage. My parents’ room had no windows for fresh air, just internal windows to a public kitchen. The room was small and had no nightstand. Neither rooms had reading lights.

Inga fönster i rummet, dusch och toalettfönster gick ut i trapphuset. Det gjorde att man hörde när människor gick i trapporna/pratade. Takterrassen var restaurang som man inte hade tillgång till om man inte åt/drack där.
