Keine Aussage möglich.
Pros:

Wir wurden aufgrund eines Wasserschadens umgebucht.

Cons:

Leider sind wir erst angereist um zu erfahren, dass unser Zimmer aufgrund eines Wasserschadens nicht beziehbar sei. Wir mussten dann das Hotel wechseln, was Zeit kostete. Vorherige Kontaktaufnahme wäre sehr sinnvoll gewesen!

Excelente hotel, gran ubicación y un desayuno buenisimo
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, a pasos del Parque Kennedy y de muy buenos restaurantes, en un sector tranquilo y seguro. El desayuno es excelente, variado y rico, con muchas frutas, jugos, cereal, frutos secos y café muy bueno, entre otras cosas; el comedor también muy lindo, lo que hacía del desayuno un momento muy agradable. El personal del hotel fue muy atento y diligente en todo momento.

La habitación es cómoda y la ubicación muy buena en Miraflores. El gimnasio, la piscina y la terraza estaban bien.

Cons:

Sin embargo, no nos gustó mucho el desayuno: salías con olor y tardaban mucho en servir.

Tirando o detalhe do chuveiro, tivemos uma boa estadia.
Pros:

localização otima perto de bons restaurantes e comercio. O hotel tem um restaurante muito bom, com boa comida e bom atendimento, os recepcionistas são atenciosos e prestativos.

Cons:

O quarto é confortavel e limpo porém o chuverio não mantem a temperatura ocilando entre agua fria e quente, horrivel pois causa um desconforto enorme. Um dos dias não foi feita a limpeza do nosso quarto.

First time in Lima
Pros:

Very good at communicating with me even as my flight delayed our arrival to midnight. The room was spacious for 2 people and very comfortable.

Cons:

I took a shower at 8:30pm and the hot water did not last very long.

Très belle expérience ! La chambre était très propre, confortable et parfaitement agencée pour deux personnes. Le personnel était adorable et très accueillant, avec une petite boisson de bienvenue qui a été particulièrement appréciée. 😊

L’hôtel est également très bien situé, ce qui rend les déplacements vraiment faciles. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !
