El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es muy agradable. La atención es buena. El desayuno es bueno pero el espacio es un poco reducido. El hotel estaba lleno y a veces era difícil conseguir espacio.

A very good hotel with friendly and efficient staff, and a nice little swimming pool.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and efficient. Questions I had before arriving were answered promptly. Convenient location in Miraflores, close to restaurants and bars. To take a dip in the little pool at the top of the hotel and chill by the poolside was very relaxing after a full day of exploring Lima.

Cons:

The hotel could have had a more personal touch, more Peruvian. It is a big hotel like any other, albeit a very good one.

Great value for money in Miraflores
Pros:

Centric and safe hotel.

Average big chain hotel, ok but unremarkable stay
Pros:

Great location, 5 mins walk to Plaza Kennedy, local amenities, and the airport express bus stop.

Cons:

The hotel is a classic chain box building, with relatively smallish room, not much character. They were clearly experiencing issues with the plumbing as all the corridors- but not our room - smelled liked toilet/sewage and wasn’t very pleasant

Friendly staff that recommended some excellent restaurants. Room was clean and had everything we needed. No noise from hallway, other rooms or street. Complimentary cocktails in the rooftop bar.
