Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

La ubicacion es espectacular, hay pura vida en esa zona, ambiente de fiesta siempre, los peruanos son muy amables, muchos restaurantes y cafeterias y bares, parques, mi hijo fue feliz en esa zona. El desayuno del hotel es muy sabroso. y el personal del hotel muy amable.
Nunca puede controlar el agua de la ducha siempre estaba hirviendo, pase mucho trabajo para bañarme.

Faltou cortesia do funcionário do bar, que verbalizou necessidade de consumo para permanecer no restaurante em que nos preparávamos para assistir ao jogo do Brasil, sendo que havia consumo e o local estava vazio. Ainda, necessidade de treinamento da recepção para evitar certa confusão com as taxas de câmbio ao informar os valores de pagamento.

No dia do jogo da copa, fomos ao bar/restaurante para assistir. O local estava vazio, entretanto o funcionário nos ofereceu o fechamento da conta sob o argumento da necessidade de consumo, sendo que estávamos consumindo.
Falta de treinamento da equipe da recepção no esclarecimento das opções de pagamento/conversões de moedas.
Além disso, necessário melhorar o atendimento aos hóspedes na obtenção de mais opções de serviços de taxis e transfers, uma vez que o trânsito é complicado em Lima.

There is a window in the room but it does not open, and the room was rather dark, so for me it was not the best fit.
Ben posizionato in una via abbastanza tranquilla nel cuore di Miraflores. Offre grandi e moderne stanze con letti comodi, insieme ad un grande bagno perfettamente pulito.
Noto di merito anche per l'ottima colazione a buffet, la migliore del mio viaggio in Perù.
