Perfecte locatie met goede bedden , verwacht niet teveel het is immers een 3 sterren hotel

Locatie en goede bedden.

Cons:

Kamer is kleiner dan verwacht. Hygiene kan beter. Ik schoof een bed opzij en daar was duidelijk langere periode niet schoongemaakt. Gelukkig waren er slofjes!
Ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid maar niet alles was lekker. Als je na 9.00 uur komt, wordt niet alles meer aangevuld. Mevrouw van het ei leek geen omelet meer te willen maken, want ze had geen eieren meer. Gelukkig kwam haar collega met een mand vol eieren, waardoor ik toch een omelet kreeg.

Super hôtel bien situé avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien avec nombreux commerces à proximité (restaurant, super marché, centre commercial). La chambre était spacieuse et très propre et très bien insonorisée. Petit déjeuner copieux avec un choix très important. Le personnel de l'hôtel est adorable et très serviable.

Cons:

Le deuxième jour, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude. La vue de notre chambre était pas super.

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons passé deux magnifiques nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est très bien situé. Nous avons mangé au restaurant avec une magnifique vue. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon.
Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins.
Les chambres étaient de très bonne qualité.

I had a pleasant stay at Erian Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was very convenient for traveling around the city. The staff were also friendly and responsive throughout my stay.

Special thanks to Kak Shelly, who kindly helped me with an early check-in process. I really appreciated the assistance after a long trip, and it made my stay much more comfortable. Overall, I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others visiting Jakarta.

Overall, the building quality and hotel facilities are actually excellent for a 3-star hotel more than sufficient, even impressive 🙌
My only humble suggestion relates to the sound insulation. I would kindly recommend the management to consider using more soundproof materials in the future for an even more comfortable stay.
So far I’m truly happy to have had the chance to experience staying at Erian Hotel. A pleasant and memorable stay indeed. 💃
